I took my 2015 ML350 in for an A service and a few other fixes. The truck has never run so good. Not only was the customer service good but the mechanic called to discuss the repairs before making and even offered options on what to get now and what i could wait to get later. I just got it all done now and it was the best choice I have ever made. This is my ML's new car Dr. Will be bringing my SLK up soon.

Proctor Foreign Auto has taken very good care of my car. The owner always takes the time to explain what's going on. He takes time to explain the root cause, effect and suggested resolution and provides accurate pricing. He stands on his word and behind his work. I will continue to use his services.

Tim Proctor always look out for me. My brake fluid light kept coming on. He told me come right in. He found the leak and helped me avoid an accident due to no brakes. He also takes the time to explain what is going on and what he needs to do to fix it. Stellar work every time.

The service was very good and the staff and the tech very friendly.. They look over everything and the do check and advise on things to keep the car in good health condition running good.. The price I had to pay I was very happy and these are some ruff times here 2023 you know having a benz it's going to cost, buy I have found a nice shop to take my benz to now I will be doing more business with them 5 ? on everything.. NEVER AGAIN!!!!If I could give them less than one star, I would. After being charged over 4k in repairs, my car still has the same issue and a noise that it didn't have when I took it in. I reached out to Tim to discuss and request they fix the original problem and encountered the rudest, unprofessional and arrogant response from a business owner imaginable. Not only did he hang up the phone on me, he will not return my phone calls. They will be reported to the BBB!

I'm so impressed with the service. My car was towed in with a broken belt and Tim took his time to explain what was to be done. He gave me an estimate and when the car was going to be ready. The car was ready earlier than expected and the bill was less than the estimate. Very satisfied.Services: Steering & suspension repair
