I went in to replace a badly shattered rear glass on my iPhone. The team immediately started work on my phone and while I waited I started a new book. By the time I finished my book, my phone was ready (~50mins). Unfortunately, my flashlight didn’t work after the repair when I returned home so I returned back to the store. Mr. Luis didn’t fuss or complain, he and the team were accountable and again immediately started the repair on my phone. After ~30mins my flashlight was operational and my phone was good as new thanks to Solomon. I was so pleased I gave them more business by buying a new front screen protector from their large assortment on display. The price for everything was very reasonable and I recommend this shop to anyone who’s having phone issues.

I am so disappointed with my recent transaction with these people. I have been a customer for years now. I recently bought a new phone and went there for a screen protector. I got the uv screen protector as usual however, I noticed the side buttons on my phone no longer worked. I went back to the store and the guy that placed it called me a liar, they claimed that the damage wasn't caused by the liquid they applied to place the screen protector, they opened the back of my phone and cleaned it out didn't say nothing to me, handed me the phone and when I got into the car I removed my phone case and noticed the back of my phone wasn't attached. I went back to the store and they added more clue to the back of my phone tied a rubber band to it and asked me to leave it for 5mins. Few days after my phone was completely damaged, screen didn't come on. I took it to the store that I bought the phone from and the guy told me the phone is damaged by the liquid they use to place the UV screen protector. I called the store and they were very rude to me, the guy that I bought the phone from tried to explained to them that he stopped using the uv screen protector because it can damage some phones. They yelled and said they didn't cause any damage and hung up. My $400 damaged. I will make sure everyone I ever refer to this place never go there again. I have NEVER FELT SO DISRESPECTED.

Please check the work being done before u leave the store. Went there to get my battery changed. Payed what they asked for. Got home to check to see if they indeed changed my battery. They didn't. Very disappointed with these ppl lying to me about the work they didn't do.
