I came here to right at closing time. Right when i came they were closing doors, but still let me in since there were still people inside. The costumer service was amazing. I definitely rec this business!

I would not visit this place anymore the girl that’s doing the balloons have an horrible attitude the other lady’s were trying to help us find something we couldn’t find and she told them in front of us the they were to nice and that we had legs and arms to walk to look for it like we work there and when we were going to pay she still was talking about us the coustumers and the lady’s that helped us I don’t know her name but I know she was the one that in charge on blowing the balloons. Horrible attitude if you don’t like your job you should look for something you actually like!!

The young woman working at the balloon station had the worst energy and poor customer service. She was extremely dismissive; I felt very uncomfortable asking her for any guidance.

Chase has excellent customer service, BUT the manager, Tyesse, stopped us rudely and asked "what are you looking for?" The rep that was helping us answered her and said "more of these goodie bags." The manager responded "for what?" I said "because there are only 2 and we need 3." She said "we don't have anymore." Her demeanor was annoying and I really wish people would choose a customer service job and stay in the job only if they want to be there. It's aggravating when someone has a customer service job and doesn't want to be there. I always try to think of the person and what they might be going through personally why they may be the way they are, but honestly...in situations when I'm trying to celebrate my child's birthday, I don't feel like dealing with bad customer service. I'm in HR. One of my passions is to build morale in organizations. Then, I walked back in to just get clear bags since I was only able to buy 2 of the pj mask packs when I needed 3...I went back in at 5:35pm to get clear just in case. As soon as I walk in "ma'am are you using cash or credit?" The store doesn't close for another 30 minutes and you already are closing down the register. Customers should not have to deal with that. There are a bunch of bc customers walking in and out right now at 5:44pm. Lock the door at 6...close the register and leave. I'm just annoyed by not being able to continue looking for the other pack. The guy was helping me and she stopped us from finding the other pack...rudely.

Liz was great. I was in a time crunch and unfamiliar with the items I needed locations and cost. I was willing to wait my turn but Liz not only stopped what she was doing on 3 occasions but also stopped to open a register to help me get back to my meeting. I wanted to recognize her excellent service because most people only write reviews when they have a bad experience and do not take the time to give that same energy to good service so thank you Liz

Deceptive in store price advertising. I came in here last year and had a similar negative experience. I'm definitely done with party city for good.

Only 2 people in the entire store. But, they were both cheerful and helpful to the patrons. Good thing it wasn't very busy today.

I have a Party City one mile from my house, but since I had to stay late at school for a family night event I decided to run errands before the start. Using Yelp I discovered there was a Party City about two miles away. I went here about 3:00, and there were quite a few people doing their Halloween shopping. I only needed one thing to make carnations with my students to celebrate Dia de los Muertos as part of Hispanic Heritage Month. Originally came to get orange cocktail napkins, but they didn't have them and then I remember seeing a YouTube video how to make them out of crêpe paper. I lucked out because one roll was just a dollar, so that will work out for all my students. The store itself as well organized, and some of the isles have party supplies organized by color. There were two cashiers working when I got to the cashier, and one of them was tied up with a customer doing I don't know what. Another woman who was standing in front of me had a bunch of stuff, and I only had my one single item with a dollar in my hand. At least I wasn't in a rush.

The worst Party City for balloons. If youre looking to purchase balloons for an event chances are they “dont gave helium”They NEVER seem to have helium.Ive been here on 3 separate occasions (weeks or months apart) and everytime they have “no helium”. Idk if it’s laziness or the person on balloon duty was at lunch. But it was not busy any of the times and one occasion where I did see a customer leave with a set of balloons but I was told “no helium” when I tried to purchase my ONE balloon

Absolutely the worst PC in the franchise. Why close Bowie location? They are never well stocked and forget needing balloons for a special occasion.
