Poor customer service. I took my disabled son to get a new phone but the sales rep wasn't able to help either due to lack of training or interest in helping my son recover his password. Ultimately, had to get a reset and went to another location

Chris and Mia are the only reason I am still with Metro! I have been calling and visiting Metro stores for about a week trying to find a Samsung s22 or s21. I still didn't get that phone (no store carried them for some reason and I still think that's a problem) but Chris was the only one who informed me more about the available phones and helped me feel comfortable with settling on the samsung a53. He told me that it wasn't that different from the s22 so I guess I'll just have to see if I like this a53. While Chris handled everything computer and payment wise, Mia helped me get a phone case, screen protector, and set up my new phone. They showed exceptional knowledge and teamwork and if it wasn't for them I would have payed way more somewhere else. Thank you Chris and Mia!
