They were very accommodating and did not charge this senior citizen to put on her new Apple watchband. There is ample parking as well as attractive waiting and service areas. MacMedics will be my new Apple products service-provider.

Staff was awesome and had my problem fixed within minutes. In spite of the 25 minute drive to get there from DC, I will happily return if I ever need in-person help again
