The customer service provided was unsatisfactory. There was a lady with blonde hair at the desk who was raising her voice at me and displayed a lack of patience. Unfortunately, the product I was seeking was not available. I cannot recommend this establishment. Surprisingly, I was the sole customer in the store, yet she seemed to be rushing me.

This place has sharply declined. The yard was as dirty as a recycling center. The material was damaged. They weren't able to process a credit for the damaged material. I will say that staff was pleasant though.

I brought a house full of windows and received excellent customer service from Keith Liimatti. From the time we (my contractor and I) walked in the door to the time we left, we were tested with first class service. Every worker in the office was pleasant, knew their job and was eager to share the knowledge. I will definitely be a return customer. Thanks Lansing. You ROCK!

The employees in the warehouse here are incredibly rude. If they weren't the only place to get mastic materials I would never set foot in this place.

Such rude people. Horrible customer service, they tried lying over the phone even though I had email proof of what I was stating. I’m not trying to sell any more products from here. Baltimore Lansing is worth the drive avoid these employees at all costs. And if you do go all I can say is warned you.

People are rude and very slow. I needed some samples to sell there products after I bought a bunch of materials and the guy that helped me had a attitude with me for grabbing a siding sample. I’m sure that’s what the samples are there for. I will hopefully never need to buy anything from them again.
