Today, May 13, 2022, I was looking for information regarding commercial insurance and decided to call my insurance company. Normally they speak to me in English, which doesn't bother me.
But today I wanted to clearly understand what was being said to me so as not to make mistakes in the future. To my surprise, when I called, I was greeted by a VERY smiling and pleasant girl who explained to me without hesitation all the details why I had called. The agent's name is Rebeca Cruz.
She is very professional and above all very dedicated to her work. He didn't leave the phone until I was clear of all my doubts.
If you had to give it an evaluation from 1 to 5, I think I would without a doubt give it a 10.
I believe that this agent is and will be of great help to all of us Hispanics. He will assist us with pleasure and dedication.
