I had to return a pork roast that smelled rancid as soon as I opened the package. When I brought it back, the cashier never bothered to look at it or even smell it, but simply asked if I wanted to get another one. Why would I trust a replacement when the first one was clearly spoiled and no one showed any concern for food quality or customer safety?
This is not the level of care or service I expect from a grocery store, especially when dealing with something as serious as spoiled meat. It makes me question how products are being handled and whether customer concerns are taken seriously. Awful!

This Giant store is what you call “top dawg”. The products here are plentiful and they always have what I need. They have a deli and a seafood area where you can buy a lot of fresh stuff. The pharmacy here is really good. But the prices are absolutely horrendous. Giant is so expensive and they claim to have low prices. Also the receipts are sooo long! I get one thing and the receipt is 8 inches!! (I measured it).

I drive ten minutes from home and pass five grocery stores to shop at this location as often as possible.
Great quality fruit and vegetables, and a nice selection of fish and meats!

I tend to only shop there when there's a good special on food items or when I need to buy pharmacy stuff because my WEX is accepted there. I also get prescriptions filled at this store. My only complaint is that, some days, the overwhelming aroma of cooking shrimp as you walk in the door triggers my allergies so I can't comfortably shop in the surrounding area but I find it less challenging if I go later in the day.

I don’t know when yall started doing this, but incase your not sure those paper bags with no handles are a freaking nightmare and inconvenient. They tare everytime while getting to the car or from the car to the house. And on top of that charge us for some useless bags. I don’t mind paying a couple cents for a bag, but the least yall could do is make them just as easy to carry our stuff as it was before. This location has kind employers and are always clean. The bags are just what got to me.
