“My experience at this store was amazing from start to finish! Stuart and the manager are terrific. It was refreshing to get such great customer service. “Patrick did a great job repairing my vintage Technics SL-6 linear tracking turntable. The tone arm was stuck at the outer edge and wouldn’t move towards the center of the record, so I wasn’t able to play any of my vinyl. Patrick was able to fix the problem by replacing the belt that moves the tone arm and lubricating all the moving parts. Now the turntable works great!”
“My stopped working after becoming water damaged. I was worried that I'd have to buy a new phone. The technician checked the phone and explained that only the screen was broken due to short circuiting. The technician changed the screen and everything is working well. What a relief!The experience was very smooth and efficient. Very impressive. I'd recommend this place.”

“This is an update to my previous review: I’m now giving it a 1. As it turned out, my dryer was not fixed! It exhibited the very same problem that I initially called about. In calling them back, I managed to schedule an appointment for a technician to come back out. They gave me a timeframe of 12 to 4 and they didn’t show. I would have expected a callback to say they were running late but no such call came in. Further, every time I called the system was constantly trying to sell me on some additional service. It was frustrating to say the least!6/4/2024 update: Yet another update! My problem has finally been resolved. The new tech, Ransford, was excellent. He was patient and deliberate but, most especially, he tested his work and assured that the dryer was working before he left, unlike the previous tech. Therefore, I’m updating the review score to a 3 (because I shouldn’t have had to go through what I went through in the first place! Changing the score from a 3 to a 5 because Ransford is assigned the score and not Sears overall.”

“I have worked with these guys on a few different occasions. My phone is a complete pain in the neck. It breaks easily and not very many people are willing to work on it. They give a fair price and honest feedback. I Rely heavily on my phone work. My phone was not ready until after they closed. One of the workers drove the phone to my home after hours to ensure I did not miss work related calls. I am very picky and a very difficult customer to work with. I was highly emotional. They remained calm and guided me through a difficult situation with my phone. I appreciate them very much.”
