Just came from this location. Wanted to buy the chocolate covered strawberries in the cone and was instantly denied. Asked if they would be able to make some later today and denied service again. Person at the front said they were busy due to Valentine’s Day that’s in 4 days. Purchased the cones before and never had a problem at other locations literally takes 10-15 minutes and we were willing to comeback. We walked in at 12:45 pm ish and they do not close until 6-7 pm. Seemed as soon as we walked in they did not want to service us. Would recommend this location at all.

The service this store provided was punctual, considerate, and delivered exactly what we ordered! The delivery person stayed in constant contact with me even when they were given the wrong address! Great Job

Place an order yesterday.. get here today, order's not ready. I paid extra for 5 strawberries, the cashier brought my order out with 4. I'm literally debating with the lady about 1 chocolate dipped strawberry. ? Once I offered to pay for the 1 extra dipped strawberry, the lady stated that she would give me another. I waited another 10 minutes for ONE strawberry, after my PRE ordered arrangement was already NOT ready.. NEVER AGAIN!!

I have been a long time customer of Edible Arrangements, but the last two visits to this location have been horrible. I ordered a large arrangement and received about 16pcs of fruit. It was visually sparse. It was a gift, so hopefully the sparseness won't be too noticeable. This location, especially has changed for the worse. I guess I am going to pack my patience and drive to DC M street location

Horrible customer service with Ally. Every question I asked he answered with “obviously” at the end which I find very rude. Then when I asked what time they closed his response was soon, and when I asked what time was soon he then asked me what time it was where I was. Felt like he was mocking me the whole phone conversation and when I asked for his name he hesitated and honestly might have given me the wrong name. But as a business owner I feel bad seeing an employee driving off business for the owners, because that’s about $250 that I now will take I spend somewhere else.

I have an uncle that lives in Maryland, it’s his birthday so I wanted to gift him an edible arrangement however I live all the way in West Virginia (5 hours away). I called the Edible Arrangements located in Lanham and let me just say that PETER is a godsend! To say he provided phenomenal customer service would be an understatement! He literally went above and beyond for me today! He has allowed me to make my uncle feel special and loved on his special day and for that I’m forever grateful! THANK YOU PETER WE NEED MORE PEOPLE LIKE YOU!

I was here to get some edible arrangements to go but I was surprised they had only a few options to grab and go on display except you preorder. Which is understandable, since they are made fresh. I have had a really good experience the day before valentine's day 2021. I walked into the store to pick up an online order that I made the day prior but realized that I had accidentally ordered from the Crofton location. The guy behind the counter was very helpful with me canceling my order there and helped me pick a item comparable to what I had already ordered. The quality of the fruits were good, the appearance was as expected and I couldn't have been more happier with my purchase

If I could give more than 5stars, I would. I made an order at 10:00 online and it was ready for me to pickup by noon. The place was very clean and smelled so sweet, it made me hungry. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful waiting for me to pickup. The staff was very friendly and professional. I would definitely order from this location again.
