DR.Auto is fantastic about helping me keep my 2013 Chrysler running in tip top condition. He knows my car and makes suggestions when i need additional service, which also saves me money. Dr. Auto is like having a personal mechanic.

Vince is truly Heaven sent. I was on the verge of buying a new car because no one could fully address the issues I was experiencing with my 2015 Dodge Challenger (not even the Dodge dealership). Vince diagnosed the issue within seconds (I am not kidding). I also got my car back the SAME DAY! My car drives like it's straight off the lot. Vince is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and has very good pricing. I can't thank him enough!! Thanks to Vince I will continue life without a car note!!

Great shop! Al took great care of us. We had a last minute car issue before going on a road trip and he was quick and resolved our issue. We will definitely return!

As a single woman who doesn't like calling her daddy for everything, a quality mechanic I can trust is priceless. Vincent always educates me on the issue, lays out all my options, then tells me what he would do if it were his car. Today he handed me a list of options totaling over $500 but recommended just the oil change. That's an honest mechanic. That's a COMMUNITY mechanic. Right now I'm chilling in comfort on the overstuffed leather with cool air blowing watching Unsolved Mysteries. Going next door for a body work estimate next. It's a one stop shop over here! I would just like to Dr auto repair is one of the best shops in the DMV. Don’t pay the review by Ms Melody Thomas any mind. She just made cause she low budget and broke.

Unprofessional. Tony quoted $600 for brakes and rotors, but on the day of service, I was told $650 CASH because their card machine had not been working all week! They said I needed rear brakes when my regular mechanic assured me I needed front brakes, but he couldnt do them until Monday and I nwanted them done on Saturday. Will never go here again. They never put you on hold (on the phone), they yelled/talked to each other in the background, like they were at home using a kitchen phone, like no one could hear them talking in the background. Friendly guys, but low budget, unprofessional customer service.

Believe the Hype ! I recently experienced a no start and was in the market for a starter replacement service. I called and received a very fair price for parts and labor . I had my car towed in and the tow guy was able to get a crank going and I was able to drive from the street into the lot . I explained my situation and was assured my components would be assessed and I would be contacted by the next day . I was given a business card and paper work completed. I instantly felt a sense of relief that I was in good hands. The next morning I got the call my car was ready and I did not require a starter. I was explained thoroughly regarding my issue of corroded wiring needing repair. He even advised me prior to arriving the payment methods available and fees for electronic payments.
I am so thankful my car was assessed and repaired properly. I did leave my car , but upon pick up I check out in the office /waiting area . The area is not super spacious but it was very comfortable with AC running on these hot summer days . My car has mileage on it and this will for sure be my new team for any future repairs and maintenance. Customer Service goes a long way !

I love Dr. Auto! This business is honest with reasonable prices. He is a person you can trust to not ever over charge you. I'm a single woman with many bad experiences with auto mechanics, until the day I received that flyer on my car from Dr. Auto repair. Dr. Auto was the best decision I made to service my car here. You will not be disappointed, try them and see!

I went in because I “assumed” that I needed front breaks (because of squeaky sounds) and an oil change. They looked at my breaks and said that they were fine, and we’re not about to let you buy anything that you don’t need! I left feeling relieved of not getting ripped off for something that “I”said I needed. GREAT COMPANY, GREAT COMMUNICATION, GREAT GUYS..thank you!!!
