“I spent too much, or I would give it 5 stars. Don't get me wrong. The items I bought were lower priced than I could have gotten anywhere. I checked. But that's the problem! You end up buying so much stuff! But at least you're getting a great deal. It'll wreck your budget though. The staff was very helpful, even when you interrupt them taking selfies! ?”

“Came here on Friday 4:26 24 at around 8:49 p.m. It doesn't matter which Big Lots I go to I get the same excellent customer service 10 star service and this door definitely made me feel welcomed, easy to find items and the manager here is absolutely incredible makes you feel like family. I am thankful that the consistency of all the Big Lots Remains the Same whether I go to Maryland, Virginia, Arizona, or California I know I will be treated with utmost respect and efficiency and you have excellent items that I never have to return. I love that”

“Wow! From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the security guards Donald and Daryl with a smile and a hello how are you, which made me feel very respected. Then as I went towards the back to look for a jewelry box I found a perfect one and Monica was stocking things and pointed me to some other ones to look at. Then we started having a conversation about how so many stores in this area disrespect their customers and how they are treated as if they're criminals because they won't allow the carts outside, which of course is very inconvenient. I was thanking her that this store doesn't punish everyone because of the few. It also tells me that the security team is pretty good at their job. At the end of my experience I went to purchase my items and Yolanda handled my order and was very efficient very kind and nice. I pray that the management gives them all a raise or a bonus or a trip or something because they definitely deserve it. After going through a lot of icky customer service, it's nice to have a wonderful experience. THANK YOU!”

She even picked up a heavy rug from my car. She was helpful and pleasant. It left a very good impression of this store on me.I was also helped by two other employees. Unfortunately, I did not ask their names. However, I remember their smile.I saw bad reviews overall for this company. But this particular store has very good reviews. I have first hand experience of it.It is the culture of friendliness and helpfulness that makes this store unique. HomeGoods should learn from this store and make it better nationwide.”

“This is a newer store (opened in 2016), and it is clear leadership has maintained their investment in this store. The workers are surprisingly friendly, especially on the floor. It is clear that the cashiers don't have this patience, but I don't blame this. The place is well organized, clean and clearly well worked. Good experience for a Marshalls.”
“Took awhile to find items since they moved sections around. I hate that they removed the price checking sites. That was very helpful. Only one cashier open with a lengthy problem customer. Had to use self checkout which I feel is incovenient. Don't get a discount for doing it!!!!! Store always nice, neat and clean.”

“This is another store that is technically attached to the mall, but you need to go outside in order to access it. Best to just move your car and save yourself the hassle.I came here in search of some items that I didn't seem to have because of my recent move. Honestly, I had nothing in mind when I walked in here, but of course I found something. Like every single other person that walks in here, you end up with something.I do have to say, compared to the neighboring, similar store, this one is much more organized, and appears much cleaner. Although you can never predict what stock they have they were well stocked with what they did actually have. I did a lot of browsing and ended up with things that I knew I wanted but not necessarily needed.Check out was a breeze and pleasant. The staff were polite and made sure to take care of items purchased.”

“Went to this store and found clothes for myself and my son. The fitting rooms weren't open, so I had to travel to my aunt's house to try them on. Luckily, she had a store close to her and I was able to take back what didn't fit. The 2nd store had their fitting rooms open. This makes shopping easier for people who don't live in the area and can't travel back and forth just to do returns. Just give it a thought.”

“I came in here on a mission to seek tea tree oil for my surgical scars. In a young lady, by the name of Audrey W assisted me when I asked her if she knew where somewhere? She automatically found two bottles that I needed of tea tree oil. It was so kind of her to help me out due to the fact that I'm only two weeks out surgery. That's what I call customer service.”

She helped me make a great dress selection, handled a professional complainer, and probably an unhappy person in general with kindness and professionalism.
