I rented from these people almost 2 years ago. They was very pleasant and understanding about my situation. They walked me through the process. They are better than any other company out here. I'll be renting from you guys very soon.

I think that everyone does have different experiences for a reason. I have been renting from this company for a while now. They are very nice people and they are also very understanding. Their customer service is great and they do their very best to make sure that the customers are satisfied. The experience I had with them was really great. Another good thing about this company is that they do work after office hours. Last week was my last week of renting from them and I am very great-full I came across this company.

Bait and switch. We discussed one vehicle and price over the phone and when I went in, they stated only a more expensive car was available. The vehicle had to be brought back to them immediately for service (shaking and a ticking noise.) It took forever to get my deposit refunded. PLUS...Four months after my rental was over, I received two automated tickets in the mail. The tickets were issued during the evening and morning AFTER I returned the car. I called the company and a gentleman advised there was nothing they could do. He explained that the rental contracts are turned over to the state and the state issues the automated ticket based on the contracts. I called the state, the woman looked up the information and explained that the company completed a transfer of liability stating the tickets were my responsibility. Now I have to go to court. Horrible experience.

I done business with this company and they took advantage of me. They used my prior stored banking information and made unauthorized transactions. I'm current disputing charges with my bank. They also is running this company very unprofessional. They have non certified mechanics servicing their cars. They also are very rude and unprofessional. They've hidden fees in there contract and I think you guys should investigate to see if this company is 100% legit. Not happy with there customer care services and I have heard many complaints against this company. PLEASE follow up and do us consumers a favor by exposing this company for the scam artist and thieves they're.
