This is the first time I have to wait for my stuff I shipped since January and all now I haven’t received a call to come pick up my stuff I shipped to Montego Bay from January and now we in April when I call only thing they can tell me is they don’t see anything yet or it will be there Friday I waited two weeks still nothing

My cargo was picked on the 3rd of February. The ETA was the March the 8. My family called the agent in the country of destination and was told the cargo would be arriving on March 10. I called CCDC and was informed that the cargo was there on March 10.Since my family did not hear back from the agent after giving them a few days she called today March 19 only to be informed that the cargo will be ready on March 24. I called CCDC and was told the cargo will be arriving on March 24 and my family can expect to pick up the cargo in April. I was not given any explanation of why March 8 turned into some time in April. I will be looking for other shipping company for my cargo. I star is too much. They are not very reliable or professional.Thank you for contacting the agent in Grenada on my behalf. But that did not help me one bit because my cargo is going to Port -Of- Spain Trinidad.

Truck driver was deceptive in his transaction, which involves retrieving barrel from me his whole attitude was questionable to say the least. I was uncomfortable with the difference in prices for shipping.

Shipped a washing machine through this company to Guyana, South America. Same is meant for vertical stacking with a dryer, so it has fair load bearing capacity.Item arrived in Guyana with upper and rear panels badly damaged, with dents to side panels bilaterally. This, as a result of them wrapping my washer in what amounts to a thin cotton/polyester sheet and charging USD$55 for same, absolutely ridiculous.Despite having paid for insurance, the agent lamented that I am not liable for reimbursement (though all i asked for was a replacement on my panels) because I collected the item from the port of entry. This is a very slimy stance especially since they know that one cannot simply leave their consignment at a wharf without incurring significant penalty for storage.Report to be made to BBB and local Consumer Affairs Commission shortly. Would greatly advise against using this company.

Johanna, JJ Metcho, and the other employees were very kind and helpful during my need of service. They took the time to explain the process. They put extra care to my belonging as they picked it up from my home to the Cargo box. I am very much appreciative of their service and care. I would highly recommend ??

I love them. They are 1st Kind and professional, while looking out for your best interest in the shipping process. They package everything securely. All of the paperwork is verified. The staff are from all over different West Indie countries and know how the customs receiving process is in the destination. Once a package of mine was not included in an initial packing and when I noticed and brought it back, they shipped it for free.

The worst company you could ever use to ship anything back home , omg I still cannot believe this. Someone recommended me to this so call place and I when I tell I will never ever use or recommend to anyone else . Almost 2 months and family haven't receive anything from Maryland to Jamaica. This is totally trash

Horrific experience. We shipped two separate shipment in the month of May and have yet to receive our shipment. We booked our tickets to Dominica based on the dates that we were given and still absolutely nothing!!!!! They keep changing the dates and making reference to the Martinique strike which was short lived and used as an excuse. Caribbean cargo is terrible to deal with when things don’t go as planned. I intend to go as far as I can with the this because this is absolutely unacceptable. I have spent $1000’s of dollars trying to fix this wrong that I am experiencing because I trusted this company. Shame shame shame on you Caribbean cargo!!!!!!!!!!

These people came to pick up my barrel in May, now we are in July …. I called 4 times, they keep giving me different run arounds about how they can’t locate the container…nobody reached out to me to say anything now i have to wait another whole month making it 3 ???? after this i will go to a different company.
