The young Spanish girl that worked Wednesday 8/12/20 at around 11am was EXTREMELY rude, while we were doing the switch your phone get a phone free we spent 3 hours there because she said she needed a second "code" from Verizon that the customer service rep of 20 years kept telling her the pin Verizon was giving me that I use is wrong, and guess what,it wasn't? Also, she insisted that the 50 dollar unlimited plan wasn't unlimited, but only included 12gb of data, I kept telling her that the 12gb was hotspot data, and she got very angry telling me I was wrong, and the 60 dollar plan was 30gb of data and even that was not actually unlimited, so after a while of CONSTANT extreme rudeness, we left, went to the boost in Upper Marlboro, guess what, he had no idea what second pin she was talking about, and it litteraly took him 10min to do what she never did, oh but she insisted she had worked there for 9 years, very very very frustrated and angry, I almost decided not to go with boost at all, but I did, just NEVER EVER EVER GO TO THE LANHAM STORE
