I needed a part for my car ASAP, I see on their website that the part is in stock, so I call auto zone to double check and make sure I don't drive up there and waste my time and gas. I was on hold for 18min I couldn't believe it so I hung up and called again they put me on hold again and this time I was on hold for 30min. I was irritated so I drove up to autozone. After being on hold for that first 15 minutes. I stayed on hold the whole drive to autozone. When I got there I was the only person in line while everyone else was in the self check out line. Only for them to tell me they don't have that part I need even though the website says y'all do. It was very irritating. And all the store manager say was that they're busy even though they weren't when I got there and no one ever took me off hold. Very unprofessional

Went in for new car battery today and the lady that helped me and my mother went above and beyond to help us. Truly an amazing person. I forgot to ask her name but she is from Jamaica and she is the store manager at this store.

I arrived to pick up an online order and one my parts needed to be picked up at another store . The manager Ahmad was beyond helpful and patient while helping . He displayed his professionalism throughout the whole exchange . He even contacted the other store in landover for me for me where I needed to get my part . The other store was not as professional
