Went in for new car battery today and the lady that helped me and my mother went above and beyond to help us. Truly an amazing person. I forgot to ask her name but she is from Jamaica and she is the store manager at this store.

He displayed his professionalism throughout the whole exchange . He even contacted the other store in landover for me for me where I needed to get my part . The other store was not as professional

I went here to get new front and back wipers, a replacement battery for the fob, and some windshield wiper fluid. Of course not having a notion what exactly I needed, Ahmed was so helpful!!! He replaced the battery for me, he replaced all the wipers for me and put the fluid for the wipers in the car. Ahmed truly went above and beyond with his customer service!!! A big shout out to Ahmed!!! Thank you for making my auto zone experience flawlessly easy and smooth!!!
