2nd time dealing with this place, each time I pretty much asked I my glass would be there or would I have to wait, first time waited on two windshields, which took a couple of hours, this time front passenger Glass, I called a day earlier to ask if I can prepay si that I wouldn't have to wait for a Glass, got a call that I could come in early, no Glass, I left work early for nonthing, they don't want to compensate me for my time

Did a great job at a reasonable price and cleaned up the interior from the broken glass. Schedule in the afternoon or as the very first person of the day to avoid delays if a car takes longer. I didn't get in until 45 minutes after my appointment time, BUT they still finished within the blocked out 2 hour window they gave me (because recalibrationtakes a while), so overall, it was still fine.

Made appointment on last Tuesday. Get to the shop on Saturday and nothing. They didn't have my glass. It's been on back order for months. No one called before hand to let me know. Never again. Complete waste of my time.

The team at autoglass replaced a cracked windshield on my car. My insurance provider recommended this place. I’m very happy I went here. Great , prompted communication, friendly staff, and quality work.

Would not recommend ….. I took my car here to get my window serviced and they broke my door ( it wouldn’t open) ….. I had to run around to 4 different places to get my door fixed…. When I finally did find someone to fix my door they had my car for over 2 weeks because they had to wait for parts! The guys in the front didn’t care and or make me a priority when AUTO GLASS messed up MY DOOR! During the 2 week period my car was in the shop I had to call Ubers/Lyfts to get around. Sometimes places being cheap isn’t a good deal! This was a very very STRESSFUL situation and it wasn’t fair to me all the drama this place put me through!

Five star service from Danny and the other guy, to completion with both glass techs Quan and the other brother with the glasses, in less than an hour; on the same day of a short notice call. An awesome crew and the communication was spot on.
