When I say, this is the worst place in the entire DMV to have get a mani/pedi. They tried to use non-sterilized used files and nail clippers on my feet. The lady had a terrible attitude when I asked her what was she doing. Then the gel polish was rolling on my nails because it was old and clumpy.
These people think black people will accept anything. They flock to areas with people of color and treat us anyway, as if we do not work extremely hard for our money.
It is sad and we hold the power to shut these type of places down. I will definitely call the health department, because this place is riddled with violations. I am sure people are growing fungus.

The prices are decent. The older lady does a very good pedicure. This was my goto even though the gel polish seemed to always chip within a few days. The problem that I've spotted in this shop and other 2nd language salons is they surmise that you don't speak their language or that you won't use a translator (cause clearly) they insult you right in front of your face. Awful job on a pedicure. I clearly stated that I did not want my nails clipped or filed down but of course she did what she wanted. Now all of my toe nails are crooked. Polish looks terrible as she did not polish each toenail in its entirety. They were more focused on gossiping about my very full, natural hair. Please save your money and go elsewhere.

Horrible service that started out wrong (DONT WASTE YOUR TIME)! I was shown the most expensive pedicures which I quickly declined b/c let's face it - I don't need watermelon scrub for an additional $100. Then, for my manicure, the lady nicked my finger. The service was rushed and the establishment was filthy.

Very very extremely poor customer service , these ladies spend their time gossiping about their customers , moreover they aren’t professional. I was here 3 weeks ago for my manicure, but it was poorly done . Do NOT VISIT this Location . Very poor customer service . Stop ? saying nasty things about your customers. Nonsense

I wish I had read the reviews before going to this salon. Worst manicure I've ever had. The old Lady had a very hard time doing my manicure, the quality of the gel was terrible. When I told her and the manager that I did like the nails, they totally ignored me. I wasted my money for nothing, and I have to go to another salon to fix this mess.

If I could give them a zero, I would. Never have I ever had a mani-pedi where I had to tell the person to file the points off my toe nails (after they were clipped) before polishing. I also had to remind the man that he should use the pumice stone on the other foot as well. I guess because I admitted to being ticklish, he didn't think it was necessary. No lotion on either the feet or the nails was used, nor did I receive anything resembling a foot or hand rub. The mani was even worse! Cuticles are still raggedy with nail polish all around them. I wanted to scream and get out of there so badly that I didn't even wait for the polish to dry. My nails are a mess! I do a much better job on my own, which I will do when I finish the review. I've had some not so good mani-pedis in my day, but this by far was the absolute worst. Worse $55 I ever spent! Yes, I tipped him.

DONT WATSE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! I just moved to this area ad needed a Manicure Bad! So I decided to stop in out of convenience since I am new to this area, my was I taking a risk! I came in JUST for a manicure the tech told me its better for a overlay i just wanted a manicure as I dont not do well with long nails she insisted "its a protector for my nails and they would be Just over my personal length", I agreed. During the process I informed her It was too long and i did bot like it, could she take them off she daid "im bot done need to file".. Hunny she was slightly bling or just tired! My nails were uneven, my skin was filed multiple times and I DIDNOT EVEN GET THE MANICURE I CAME FOR!!! See for yourself!
