Their work was good, but we did not receive nice customer service after the fact. We are a small, non-profit community run organization that has limited resources and when we originally went to pay (with newly received credit cards - our first if that tells you anything!) it was declined due to the bank not correctly issuing the right address associated with the card. Not that it was American Striping's fault, but then when we called them to confirm the price - they first issued us a ridiculous invoice of $44K when the original quote was $12K, and we had been informed they would decrease it by $500 if we cleared the court we were having paved / painted. When we followed up with this, the person who responded was extremely unprofessional and rude. We have paid them at this point but we felt like it was a bad experience considering we were not trying to be difficult or anything and understand the frustration with the initial payment attempt. Anyway, again we did like their actual end product but felt like that behavior made us very disappointed in their company. Would definitely look elsewhere in the future.

My 2 neighbors and I contacted 3 different paving companies for quotes on completely redoing our 30-year-old driveways. American Striping was by far the best price.Robert and his crew came out on time, as promised, and did a fantastic job. As always the people at American Striping did a phenomenal job on my driveway. When I was maintenance manager for a large supermarket chain, American Striping with Jay, Chuck Wayne and crew did stellar work on the many store parking lots. I wish there was six stars. They are the BEST.

Caine is an incredible guy. Responsive, professional, and knows what he is doing. To waste your time getting bids... If you do, give him the winning bid and I'm sure he will match it to win your business. Great team of people working here!!!!!!!
