I had the pleasure of speaking with Julian Ezigbo this evening and discussing some info. Julian was very knowledgeable in his trade and answered all of my questions to the best of his ability.Edit: unfortunately, after a couple of months, I had tragic event that happened and could not pay my bill on time. I received several phone calls from many different people in the company. When I tried to explain what was going on no one cared. I received a phone call from Julian and he was very rude with what he had to say.

I didn't care for it. It was less about safety for my child and more about selling me insurance that I didn't want. Very disappointed.

Kadija Fofan's customer service made the difference in the frustration that had mounted trying to reach someone at AIL with my concerns about the policy pricing.She walked me through the policy review with aplomb; even pointing out benefits that had heretofore not been shared.I understand everything now!!Please share this review with Kadija Fofana's manager.
