It was the second time I went to the place to install a tire, the guy damaged 3 of the nuts on one of the wheels and then told me that I had to go to a mechanic to fix it, he was not responsible for anything or Neither does the owner, he was the only one to touch the car and he says it's not his fault? If that was so difficult you didn't need to damage all 3, I told him, with one that was damaged you could have stopped and told me that you couldn't do the job, he didn't answer me and gave me the number of the owner who didn't do anything either and washed his hands. saying that this usually happens. ??♂️ I do not recommend them and I think that this business is very poorly attended and customer service does not exist.

Workers needs to be polite and welcoming but I met this Spanish dude so rude and arrogant. He blamed me for hooting twice simply because I hooted the first time and he did not come out. In the end he refused to fix my tire. His colleague tried to help me but he blocked him from doing so. This whole drama makes me feel that he doesn’t like his job and doesn’t need to be working there and driving customers away.

I had other tire shops telling me that my tire couldn’t be saved. Turns out it definitely could’ve and thanks to the gentleman he fixed my rim, changed the tire, and put that baby on my car in less then 15 minutes. He was very efficient and polite. For everything I received I felt like I underpaid him, the price was very accommodating. I will definitely keep coming back.

SOLD ME THE WRONG SIZE TIRE, after trying to convince me that the tire was "brand new", when it CLEARLY wasn't, and tried to charge me $70, which is what the price of a new tire is on my Honda Civic. And it was the WRONG SIZE TIRE! He literally had my tire, he could see what size it is. Rather than let the sale go, he gave me a tire that was similar, but not the same size. I will literally never go here ever again. Syd's tires are just down the street, they're much friendlier, and $50 for almost every tire. GO THERE!! DON'T GO HERE!!!

The workers are very nice and they work fast. His prices are very affordable so don’t be scared. They will get you right back on the road ASAP. You will not be disappointed here.

This place is terrible it took them 3 hours to change 2 tires. Got there at 6:40 it is not 7:57 and they still have not put my tire on the car..The tire persona kept walking off.

picked up a bolt in tire when stopped off for gas at 230PM on a Sunday. Was able to be in and out in ~15 mins. Price was a deal given the urgency of our situation (driving between PA and SC on a Sunday). Work was fast and well done. Tire made remaining drive with no concern.
