Had an appointment but no doctor ever arrived. Nobody at the cvs knew why the doctor never arrived. This minute clinic is a literal waste of time.

Extremely rude , arrogant, unprofessional employee. If this is the only minute clinic in the state of Maryland I would gladly refuse care.I would not recommend this place for animals in the wild- they deserve better.

This is one of the worse pharmacy in the State of Maryland . Slow service pick up line is very long to the entrance door . One cashier in the area where you should pick up your medications. If you have an emergency to get your medications keep away from this CVS . VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Can the manager hire more cashiers for the pharmacy area please .

Terrible at answering the phone. Called 3 times about my apt to check what time it was and got hung up on every time by the answering machine because no one answers

Pathetic service! They dont maintain the time and closed before the mentioned hours. Will rob you with a number of tests without any information about the rate, insurance coverage or payment.Said they cant prescribe medicines and referred to the ER anyway after doing the tests and charging a lot of money to be paid out of pocket because they dont accept the provider!

I made a COVID-19 testing appointment online. When I arrived on time at the testing shack in the parking lot with my confirmation text and email in hand, there was another patient there with the same appointment time as me who seemed to know the technician. The practitioner stationed inside at the Minute Clinic gave me a “corporate” number to call after assuring me there were no more appointments. The representative shared that my appointment had been cancelled by the practitioner/technician and that I would need to go online and find another sparse appointment. A horrible experience, rude employees, and no recourse. I know these testing sites have everyone over a barrel, but avoid this place if you can.

Even though they are In Network with my provider, they refused to even LOOK at my insurance information, saying that they don't take insurance for the service I received (travel health counseling and immunization). Absolutely ridiculous. 2 stars only because the nurse was friendly and competent.

Rude medical professionals! No one in the front to help or assist you. This is my first time trying out cvs minute clinic and I rather just sit in my pain then to be seen by her! She was in one of the patient room with no paitent. I had to knock on the door to get any kind of assistance smh. She literally asked me “what is your problem?” Because I asked questions and didn’t allow her to just shoo me away.

The worst I had an appointment for covid-19 testing and I don’t have a problem waiting; however, I have a problem with not knowing the signs say someone will call me but 30 mins later no one calls smh this is already an uneasy thing to deal with and them not being organized doesn’t help.

So easy, quick, and professional when I went for a rapid strep test!

We received prompt, courteous, knowledgeable care from Ms. Ray, the Nurse Practioner. She told us it can be busy at times, leading to long waits, but we did not have to wait, and our care was excellent. We will return, and recommend this clinic for fast, affordable treatment of minor issues.

terrible place. the practitioner recommended us to go to real doctors but she ran 2 Strep tests (one quick result and one lab test) without telling us the fees associated. She told us it was a virus so she knew the lab test was not necessary at all. We had no insurance and had to pay her out of pocket. Ridiculously we never saw the lab test results, and the lab sends us a bill 2 weeks later. This clinic turned out to be a lot more expensive than an urgent care or a doctor visit.

Don't bother. Walk-ins not welcome. Staff manipulates system to reduce workload. Waste of time.
