My package has been sitting at my door for two days. It’s bigger than me it’s over 5 feet tall and my driver said he can’t see it. Is he dumb blind or just retarded?

If I could give zero stars, I would .This facility needs to retrain all managers on how to treat customers and employees.Specifically Tracy I’m not sure of the last name, but he should be let go or retrained on how to deal with and speak to people & potential customers! I witnessed him Exert some very rude discriminatory behavior, sadly .Management will use their little authority to their advantage in the worst way! Dont go here!

Terrible experience. This location does not treat employees or customers fairly. The young man named Tracy from management is very rude , And seems to discriminate Against females and people of color. Do not go to this location if you’re expecting good or fair service or a respectable fair work environment.

Delivery drivers from this base constantly drive by and don’t attempt delivery. UPS as a whole has slid downhill fast and this center is leading the charge. They hold packages and won’t even put them on the truck for delivery. At this point if I see something will be delivered by UPS I try and cancel.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I run a small business where I receive inventory product on a regular schedule. UPS is required to deliver within business hours. This particular delivery was highly sought after and had customers waiting for delivery. Was physcially at my store around 8am. Driver pulled up behind my store around 10:15am and we opened our back door to accept the delivery and our driver drove away. When I looked up the tracking, the driver marked our business as closed and delivery will be reattempted the next day. After speaking with customer service on 3 separate attempts throughout the day. This local facility did not respond until the 3rd attempt saying there was nothing they could do. The driver was lazy and did not bother to come knock on the door and we were even standing in the doorway! This is the definition of the worst customer service a company can provide. I requested compensation for making 12 customers have to go home who were waiting on this product. They told me the most they could compensate me was $249 and that still needed to be approved. There is no one anyone can talk to for retribution and getting what should have been delivered properly. This driver better be lucky I dont run into him again and I tell him how much he sucks at his job

The ladies at UPS have always been very considerate and helpful - I have arrived close to closing time frequently and they graciously welcome me - I have a business and arrive with prepaid packages - they make it easy - if you are not prepared or don’t know how it works, I suggest going to a UPS Store where they have the time and patience to explain and assist -

UPS location 0 star. We ordered a phone we never got. UPS Landover said it was transferred to another UPS facility but when we went the facility said Auto Zone next door signed and got the package. We went to AutoZone, they said it's not the first time they are being accused of signing packages from UPS when they did not sign or received anything. When I called back UPS they said case closed package delivered. I'm now scared to order anything online if the carrier is UPS. Landover UPS need to be investigated, terminate thieves and hire new honest people.

Terrible service . Found a slip on top of my mailbox saying they attempted to deliver packages but I am so confused on how because they didn’t knock or ring the bell. Why would the slip be on top of the mailbox , and not at my doorstep. Mailbox is at least 100 feet away from the front door and yet they claimed that they attempted to deliver it. Tried to call the center numerous times, the guy kept on repeating himself by saying” oh driver did knock “, I asked him how he would know that. He said because that’s the policy.

The five stars is exclusively for Miss. Flower who works at the front desk. She had the best customer service I’ve had in a long. She helped me get a package that the drivers wouldn’t had deliver. She made my whole experience positive!!

I will never use UPS to ship a package again.I was recommended UPS by my hotel to send and receive packages, and so my father shipped work pants from Arizona to this location because I recently moved here and started a job in D.C.I was later informed by an employee at this location that they will not hold onto my package as these services are only offered by store owners, and they do not offer to hold onto packages for customers. She asked for my number and told me the manager would call me to see if any special arrangements could be made, but I never received a phone call.I called UPS customer service to see if anything could be done, and they recommended that my package be held at their shipping center for up to 5 business days, but upon receipt, my package was immediately returned back to the UPS store that it was shipped from. After all the trouble this one package has caused, I have no guarantee that this package will be returned to my father or whether he will receive a refund as UPS customer service cannot contact individual UPS stores. This has to be worst business model to have a postal service as a franchise.

This location needs to be investigated. Since relocating to this area I have consistently had issues with obtaining packages. I now get my packages automatically rerouted to a UPS access point but every now and then, depending on the size, some packages are sent to my home instead and are never delivered.Every single time this happens, the package is marked as “delivery attempted,” (conveniently at the same time stamp, which tells me it must be the same employee doing this) and I have to go to this location and force the staff to obtain my packages from the drivers and hold them at the location. Then I am forced to return later in the day to retrieve the packages myself.Today a supervisor told me over the phone that she “doesn’t know why the package was marked ‘delivery attempted’ at that time because he wasn’t even out delivering packages at that time.”The drivers are stealing packages and UPS isn’t doing anything about it. I’m going to continue to report this until the thieves and the employees who are enabling them are held accountable.

Ordered an upgraded phone through my cell carrier. Phone was overnighted, went to this location and stayed out for delivery for around 3 days with no arrival. Opened an investigation with UPS (still ongoing 8 days later) and my cell carrier sent ANOTHER phone. Now I’ll give you a guess what happen once it showed it arrived at the UPS in Landover… YET AGAIN, no delivery. Another investigation opened.I have spoken with 3 people, one at a local UPS store near me, our UPS driver, and someone at the Landover facility who all said they know of a theft problem at this location. The lady at the location called it “sticky fingers”. This shouldn’t be rocket science to figure out. As long as this has been going on you mean no one can figure out anything? Person A scans the item for delivery and person B delivers it. Additionally, with cameras (I assume) how is this so hard to figure out? 2 phones in 10-14 days go missing at the same location…along with employees AND several complaints online, yet nothing done as of now. Crazy!I will NEVER do business with UPS again after this. EVER.UPDATE/RESPONSE: @ UPS automated response, stop. An automated response here, a call center who does nothing, and a facility where you can barely get ahold of someone on the phone, if at all.
