“My towing experience with LL Towing LLC was extremely pleasant. I was referred to the company by my Uber driver who just so happened to be the uncle of the owner! I was given his number during my ride and able to make plans for my tow easily and without (some) hassle. Hassle on my part, but nonetheless, the owner, Lem took time to reach out to me to ensure my needs/services were met. He was extremely patient, and also listened when I needed to vent about my current car troubles! One of his employees, Marc, towed my vehicle to my mechanic but they both were extremely professional and polite! “I really wanted to like this place, they did a great job on my father’s car and a couple of friends cars as well. However, I recently got my car repaired here- I received no updates on the car (as I was promised), every time I’d call for an update they’d give me a false date (which I can understand but becomes tiring after the fourth/fifth time calling), when my car was finally ready, they hadn’t completed various things they promised would be done. Had to take the car elsewhere to get an alignment and am currently receiving 0 updates on a missing part they forgot about/ forgot to replace on my car. Overall, they are extremely friendly, the work done is nice - really wanted to enjoy my personal experience with them, but it was very lacking.”

“I have gotten my car fixed here twice so far and I am still bringing it back to get it fixed again. The Spanish man who fixed the cars is the best. They did a rear main seal on my car in two days for 1200. They do the work quick, accurately, and very affordable! I will never go anywhere else and I either drive an hour or pay a tow truck $260 to bring it there.”
“Tire Hall is amazing! I should’ve gotten their names now that I’m writing this review but everyone even the little baby who guided me to the restroom was so nice. My tire went flat and was on a donut when I came and they ensured my tire sensor was still intact and put gas in all my other tires to ensure I would be okay driving as a just turned 20 year old I was very happy they could help.”

I had a near-miraculous experience with this service yesterday 8/30/2023 when in less than an hour, my dead car was towed to my complicated and winding apartment complex garage by EDWIN, one of their patient, professional, and super-skilled tow-truck drivers. After several calls and failing to find a tow truck service, I landed on EC Towing, and bam, my problem was resolved. TONY sent me a truck and driver instantly. Edwin arrived right on time, very polite and professional, with a unique perfect-sized truck that has special gadgets and light bulbs. To summarize what ensued, my locked car had no key, my apartment complex garage entrance door is unusually short, the driveways are small, twisted, and winding, and the spaces are tiny. I called around a few trucking companies but he was the easiest to communicate with and best with pricing, in addition to understanding what I needed. He not only arrived in time but even a bit earlier because he accounted for traffic and wanted to make sure I did not miss my salvage appointment. My car was in good hands.
