“I am moving to a new place and didn’t have tape yet. I brought my open box for shipping returns. They taped it for free! Didn’t say boo about it. Friendly service.
This is compared to when I went to FedEx out west last year and USPS back in another state on a short trip they each had me buy a roll both times. I was expecting the same here but was pleasantly surprised. I think I’ll stick with UPS if they continue to differentiate themselves positively.”

“Absolutely Loveeeee this location, The lady Yolanda is amazing, I was having so much trouble at the self service kiosk while returning an amazon package and without me even having to ask, she came right over after assisting her customer. She is also nice and patient every single time I go in.”
“Femi and team are awesome! I came to the store at.5pm on a Saturday and they were closed, Femi was sitting in his car getting ready to go.He recognized me and got out of his car, open the doors, signed on his computer, and accepted my package. Keep in mind the store closed at 4.30pm.

I unfortunately did not have my return label cut out of the paper and when I offered to do it if he let me borrow some scissors he said he'd take care of it himself, which not many other places have done. “Went to get a couple small things laminated. They asked if I would want to have them done in a single piece and then cut them separately since it would be cheaper. They even showed me how to use their paper cuter to make sure I wouldn't cut too close and damage the lamination. They were very kind, friendly, and showed excellent customer service. Thank you!”
