Horrible customer service. I will never do business with these people. They have you on the phone. Put you on hold and never return to the phone call. This has happen several times. I have sent so much business there that I regret it fully now. Wish Mark were there. He knew how to give good attention and respect!!! Do not do business there.

This business is very unprofessional. I contacted them in regards to a quote for a job over the course of 2 months and was told time and time again I would receive a quote via email and never did. I left messages and never had my calls returned. After 3 months, I finally took my order up to the location and explained in great detail my needs. After the job was done, they had inconsistently printed a design across multiple shirts, used various layers of paint across a design, messed up paint and used fingers to fix it and almost all prints are cracking and peeling off. They ruined over $1000.00 worth of inventory. I would NOT recommend them.
