“The level of customer service here is excellent. I have a retrofitted grooming van with all kinds of custom hoses and fittings. One of them broke and I had a major leak. I explained my problem to Mike and he was able to retrofit a toilet supply line, a hose barb, and clamps to create what I needed. He cut and fitted everything on the spot. I will be coming here for all my hardware needs in the future.”
“I’ve purchased a ton of paint from this Benjamin Moore and It’s always been a great experience. Their customer service is top-notch and a huge shout out to John in particular! The street was recently blocked off and I had purchased over 20 gallons of paint to pick up. I was able to find parking a few blocks away and John loaded them up in a cart and brought them directly to my car and helped me load them up. Now that is Outstanding customer service and it truly made my day.”

“This is a small neighborhood hardware store but they keep an impressive array of hardware, tools, paint, garden, and "lifestyle" items for most DIY projects. Where the big box stores are geared to accommodate contractors, Annie's aims for the individual and their residence. Staff is always friendly, the store is well staffed for their size so there's always someone available for questions or assistance. I really appreciate a hardware store that can still operate in the neighborhood without leveling 15 acres. Factoring in my time and general frustration with large box stores, the prices for a quick trip down the street are competitive with other options.”

“I'm a new customer to Regal Paint Centers. I usually go to the big box stores for paint. This time, I needed a speciality paint called Romabio masonry flat and Regal was one of the only local retailers who had it in stock. They also color match and tint the paint on site. I received excellent customer service from Jose and the staff at Regal Paint Centers in Silver Spring. Jose went above and beyond to provide advice and direction for my project.”

However, the representatives in this store kindly greet you and offer assistance right away. They immediately removed my apprehensive desire to be in there and helped me quickly and took the gallons of paint to my car. The store was clean, organized and the best representatives to help you. “Hello everyone I’m going to share another great experience, another Sherwin Williams paint store. A few days ago was at this store and got held by Carey and Dmetrius this 2 gentlemen were very knowledgeable and very professional. They answer every single one of my questions, and believe me I had bunch of questions.
The reason for my visit at the store was because I needed a miracle paint match for a job that requires extreme professional finesse with a factory finish look additional preparations had to be done, before the paint but my focus on this review is the quality of products that was offered to me and the service that was given to me during my time at the store.
While Carey was working on that miracle paint match Dmetrius was helping me with information on other paint item
Carey and Dmetrius can thank you enough for all your help.

The manager carefully changed the colors of two cans of paint that I had bought weeks earlier instead of charging me for new cans based on my change of mind. It took him some time, but I was not charged. The products were as satisfactory as the excellent service.”

“I visited the Sherwin-Williams in Oxon Hill around 6 PM on Tuesday, July 16, 2025, needing a gallon of paint quickly for my kitchen renovation. As soon as I mentioned what I needed, one team member immediately started working on my paint. Another staff member, whose name I wish I remembered, was able to get me a discount on the gallon. The entire process took about 5 minutes, which would never happen at a big hardware store. The customer service was excellent—friendly and attentive. I will definitely be going back!”

Got the paint match adjusted for a 5 gallon bucket (didn’t know that was a thing), reminded me to use my contractor’s account for discount and even carried the paint out to my car!
