It just doesn’t happen that often these days so I am extremely appreciative. Problem with my laptop was promptly assessed. Repairs came in at estimated quote. Delivered in advance of promised date. I was referred to UBWF by a staff member at Best Buy, so that says a lot too. Hope I don’t need services again, but if I do, I’ll go here for sure!”
