I asked for my barrel to be picked up Friday but they told me Saturday i had class so they said between 4pm to 6pm one the worker called me 3:15 pm so i told him it's between 4pm to 6pm and i was still at school anyway he said he would call back which he did'nt i called him 5:30pm and now it's 9:27 pm and all now

This was my first time shipping with Larparkan out of the Washington DC area and I am really disappointed with the transaction. I was told that my box would take a month to get to it's destination and 7 weeks after I am still getting the round around and what bothers me the most, is how they are lying about when the box will arrive. You guys need to do better. For me, its a one and done, NEVER again will I use Laparkan.

If I could give zero stars I would give zero star. First time I sent barrels with these ppl when we collected the barrels half the stuff were missing and when we try to make a claim one year later they still checking cameras. The second time I send a barrel and a box Kevin quoted me a price and when they charge me they charge me over $600 for the box and the barrel cause it was ship and clear. Time passed and we called to check on the location of the barrel and box and was told that it’s still in the warehouse in foreign after it was supposed to be going to Jamaica. Contact the person that shipped the barrel and instead of saying I’m gonna check this out and see what happened he behaved poorly. They claim I’m getting a refund because finally after getting information there was a delay they don’t want me to say no one steal anything from the barrel they refunding the money via check yet when I got the refund receipt it states is going back to the card. There business is phony and they lack customer service and no one can give you any information when someone happens. I want my refund and I need to get information when I will be getting that so called check for my $317. I will never in my life ship with these people again and no one else should. Customer service is key in a business and asking for information is not a crime

I shipp two barrels to Antigua barbuda last year November through their services the left America in November and landed in Antigua in December I was getting marry on the first on January and my stuff was in the barrels on the 30&31 of December when I went to clear my barrel I couldn’t get because they say some problem with leparkhan and the container will not be open until some form of release or something or the other.I had to buy everything for my wedding preparation all over again I really wanna know how that will go I try everything in Antigua to retrieve my money but couldn’t get any clarity I had to spend unnecessary when everything was in my barrel I didnt get my barrel until January Itwas inconveniences
