I recently brought my 2021 Mercedes-AMG GLE 53 to the German Service Center in Landover, Maryland, for major service and body work, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. From the moment I arrived, the team, led by Biz, displayed exceptional professionalism and expertise.
Before coming to the German Service Center, I had taken my GLE 53 to another shop, where they were going to overcharge me significantly for the work needed. While price isn't the primary concern for me, the experience highlighted the importance of honesty and integrity in a service provider.
At the German Service Center, Biz, the owner and manager, personally ensured that my vehicle was thoroughly inspected and provided a detailed, transparent estimate. Biz is extremely professional, knowledgeable, honest, fair, fast, and most importantly, personable. He took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, which gave me confidence in their abilities and their commitment to fair pricing.
The quality of the mechanical repairs was outstanding. My car now runs like new, and the performance is back to its peak. The bodywork was equally impressive; the attention to detail was impeccable, and the car looks as if it just rolled off the showroom floor. The paint match was perfect, and there isn't a single trace of the previous damage.
Throughout the process, the communication from the German Service Center was excellent. They kept me updated on the progress and were always available to answer any questions I had. The customer service was top-notch, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
Additionally, they went above and beyond by providing a complimentary wash and detailing, which was a pleasant surprise. The waiting area was comfortable and well-maintained, adding to the overall positive experience.
I wholeheartedly recommend the German Service Center to anyone in need of high-quality service and bodywork for their German vehicle. Their dedication to excellence, honesty, and customer satisfaction is truly unparalleled. I will definitely be returning for all my future service needs.

This company is god awful. Everytime legit terrible, biz and his front desk will sound nice to you but trust they are terrible, they may charge cheap just to break your car

The absolute BEST place to have your car serviced, hands down. These people are friendly, kind, efficient and charge much less than the dealership we previously took our cars to in Bethesda. I highly recommend them and trust them.

All the people I encountered at The German Center were very pleasant and friendly. The manager was superb. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He gave me some crucial information about my vehicle, and I appreciate all the advice that he gave me.
As a Mercedes Benz owner since the 90s, I never received that level of consultation. Please give The German Center a call, you will not be disappointed!

I have been bringing my Mercedes-Benz here for a little over 5 years. The customer service is always great and I appreciate that Biz is always a straightforward and professional person. He will let you know what the issue is, estimate the cost as well as let you know if in his opinion the repair is worth it compared to the vehicle age, wear and tear, etc.. I just got a new to me (used) 2018 GLC, my first stop… Biz! I truly trust him and his team to make sure I’m good to hit the road, I plan to continue being a long term customer.Services: Steering & suspension repair

I’ve been coming here for about 4 yrs and they have been nothing but great. I use to go to the dealership but they would mention all this extra work far as brakes and rotors to be done so I got a 2nd opinion from Biz and he honestly told me wait until my light comes on I was surprised because he chooses honesty over a dollar ever since then I only come here. He does great work I’ve never had to bring my vehicle back for the same issue twice I recommend anyone with a Mercedes to come here
