Wish i could give them 0 stars. Very unprofessional employees, towing some cars but not others that are illegally parked. Lying to people who's cars they towed, when their lies are exposed on camera footage. Then cursing out people for calling them out on how unprofessional they are to tow some cars but not others that should be towed. These guys are unprofessional, criminals, illegally towing people's cars. Yelled at me, cursed me out, stole my car, and left cars that were illegally parked. Then when i got the car back and went back to the apartment, they followed me to my apartment just to yell and curse me out more telling the security AT MY APARTMENT to not let me into MY apartment. THEY FOLLOWED ME BACK HOME TO TELL SECURITY NOT TO LET ME INTO MY OWN RESIDENCE. THAT ITSELF IS A CRIME. How can i feel safe at my own residence when they're following me back home to scream at me and tell security not to let me in my own residence. I feared for my safety. Because of them I don't feel safe at my own home.They also refused to give out names of employees because they don't want their employees reported. Well, they stole my car, cursed me out, damaged my car. We will be filing a police report, pressing charges for stalking, and taking them to court.Never seen tow truck driver's so unprofessional before. These guys should be in prison, not driving tow trucks.How they even have a 3 star rating is unbelievable. It must be bots or fake, paid for reviews, because with the way they behaved they should be in jail, they should have the lowest of star ratings.

This tow company Charley’s is the worse! They come and tow 1 vehicle and 1 truck from my business at night. Those 2 vehicle were park on my spot that I pay lots of money every month to have my customers vehicle park there. 2 vehicles have tags and they legal park on my business. Picture can proof this tow company remove the vehicles from my spot! They only supposed to tow vehicle with no tags which this is not that case!

I received the number for this place from a local truck dealership. When I called to get a wrecker, I was told by the person on the other line that they were a crane service and not a wrecker service. But then, I saw a wrecker come out with this company logo on it. So what is it?
