Great experience. Very helpful. One worker explained to me how to remove the back on my key fob to put in my new battery. They even let me use their screw driver right in the store so that I could do it myself. I was very grateful.

Never every will I come here again. Went to the campus location and was told they didn't have there, but I can pay for it and pick it up at Landover location. Lines everywhere. Was told to pick up at the counter in the rear, then after I get thru that line I'm told I have to pick it up at the front registers because this line is for commercial. Now I'm in a longer line. My first and last time here. The part was a thermostat that is associated with the radiator. 1st off, the Thing didn't come with the gasket which is needed to make a firm fit, it's the rubber piece that goes around the edge of the thermostat and they didnt even have the gasket in stock. Shouldn't that come with the part? It's separate because it's a another play to get the money. The old gasket wouldn't fit on the new thermostat because, of course, it was an aftermarket product that was a different shape than the old one. I had to go to the mazda parts department to get the part and they had the exact same part that fit perfectly and it came with the gasket.

I visited AutoZone buy a new battery and replace my corroded battery. This has been one of the best customer server experiences I've ever had. Priest and Bertrande greeted me with a friendly smile, professionalism and extremely prompt amazing service! They replaced by battery with no issues. Their dedication to excellent customer service and professionalism is second to none and reflects great credit upon themselves and the AutoZone brand. My overall rating undoubtedly is 5 out of 5 stars without hesitating. Priest and Bertrande deserve a big raise and the biggest recognition/honorable mention for their amazing friendly service, attentiveness and professionalism. Thanks AutoZone for hiring these jewels of employees to represent your reliable business! :o)

The customer service is terrible at this location. I placed an order Tuesday online for in store pickup. The item was showing as an "in-stock" item, but when I called the store, I was informed that the part was arriving from another location and therefore couldn't be picked up until Wednesday.I contacted the location on Wednesday around noon to check and see if my order was ready. I informed that the part was here all along and that I could come in at any time to retrieve it. The "in-store" experience was even more disappointing as the staff stood around acting as if they were busy so as not to have to assist a waiting customer. This occasion did not go smoothly. However, I don't feel that that is the regular atmosphere of all Auto Zone locations, but the Landover location leaves a bad taste in my mouth!

I placed an online order and paid extra for the "same day delivery service." The order never arrived. I called customer service, and the rep told me that a gift card would be issued for my inconvenience. I was advised I could pick up the order, which was being held at a store about 45 mins from my location if I so chose. I did so choose. The store could not find my order, and furthermore did not have any of the parts. Not a one. I called "customer service again, and had a 15 minute convo the majority of which I was on hold while they canceled the order. To sum up, I spent ~3 hours on an order that was to be brought to me. I never received the illusive "gift card." I came away with none of the parts I needed. I did get to drive my '74 Ranchero all over the damn place though. At ~$4.70 a gallon driving 40 miles is about 5 gallons of gas. That because I get about 8 miles per gallon in my truck. In brief a non-happenin' parts trip that cost me a bit over 20 bucks. Meh.

My battery died. I got it jumped at 7pm, went straight to AutoZone and Brittney was fantastic! She tested the battery, sold me a new one, and installed a new one in 30 minutes! She even cleaned up the liquid my old battery leaked.

On 9.21.23. I visited the store to purchase a car battery for my 2016 Ford Edge and I was immediately impressed by the professionalism and courtesy of your staff. From the moment I called to confirm they had a battery, the young lady who answered the phone helped explain a few additional tips in choosing the right battery for my vehicle. I was greeted with a warm welcome upon arrival, and the team members went above and beyond to assist me. In particular, I would like to commend team members, Bertrand, Maurice, Chris, and Manager, Keith, for their exceptional assistance. I was not anticipating needing to change my battery as I drove in from Boston, Massachusetts for a family visit this week. They not only helped me find the right product for my vehicle but also took the time to explain the installation process and provided valuable tips for maintenance. They encountered a few challenges with installing the battery due to corrosion on the battery itself and together were able to troubleshoot. Their knowledge, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile made this experience a truly enjoyable one.I believe outstanding customer service deserves recognition, and I felt compelled to share my positive experience with you. Best auto zone in the area. This is the one you should go to every time because all the other locations are going to send you here in anyway. Literally went to two other auto zones to be told to go here for battery service but James who was helping out at a total other location was willing to stop what he was doing to help me out. You just don’t get that kind of customer service anymore . I’m super appreciative. Skipping all the other locations from now on and going here.

I am so very uncomfortable by giving my phone number all the time that I have to buy something.AutoZone has all the customer information, address, phone number credit card information and everything else.Why we have to give you all our information, and some of the of the employees gets so mad if I don't want to give my phone number they thread me so we can't sell you nothing.
