Horrible! Will never go thru Hdepot again to use this company ACS.
1, Communication was very poor overall. On the day to install 6/22/24, they asked me fix the riser (?) be4 they could install & blamed hdepot teams who came out to measure 3 separate times but noone told me about it. I still said "ok but can u remove old carpets & paddings so I can fix what u just asked to do"? But, they refused, did NOT remove, just left despiteI asked them call their office/ mgr be4 leaving! I had to pay extra for a contractor to remove & fix the riser.
2, A 2nd appt was made 6/28/24, techs came 7:10am (instead of 8am appt & to call prior to coming but they did NOT), banged on door & disturbing peace of neighbors very early morn! HOA allows vendors start any job 9am so I was sited for violation cuz ACS did not comply wit my clear instructions given ahead of time! Techs had NO foot booties on to cover shoes, no turp/cloth or anything to protect my new hardwood floors from their heavy equipments, tools etc. I quickly went to my basement to get some turps to cover their working areas. They did not allow me to see the process of installation! Language was a big barrier as I had to use 'the Google translate' to get some understanding.
3, They damaged my wall by the stairs (whole house 3 levels was just newly painted months ago), took with them 'my remaining carpets & padding I paid for (top of line nylon quality & premium padding). Discussed with Mike same day, he noted my dissatisfaction but was quickly defensive & I quote his words "oh we do good jobs top notch, I'm installer myself 25yrs & things do happen". Blah, blah, blah he went on, not receptive to honest feedback at all! Told him I got 4 cameras in my house and all on record!
4, Reported to home depot which is another level of ordeals, headache by itself, lots & lots of time wasted unnecessarily & due to no fault of mine but only doing business! Even in their attempt (h/depot) to fix d issues & do something, there were more stressful situations after the facts!
5, They returned 'only' my stolen carpet 6/4/24 (after a week past & after I already reported to mgr at h/depot who then called them). Sadly, they returned NO padding & a week past again be4 I got my padding today 6/11/24! My house was disrespected, d techs excessively rushing the job wit zero communication doing work at customer's house 1st time ever? Still, 'I' choose to be very nice to all 3techs & served them cold drinks & snacks cuz the weather was hot that day & they were glad for my kindness.
6, It would've costs me less money (as a legally retired pensioner) & stress to use an outside carpet installer as my neighbor later advised me, but was out of town when I decided to go thru hdepot cuz it was just for the stairs only/12 steps cuz the entire house incl bathrooms were all laminated flooring as an upgrade! Its been a very traumatic experience all d way despite I usually give good feedbacks & leave grace periods for small mistakes or human errors. But, this is one of a kind bad experience with ACS! The managers at ACS had plenty of opportunities to correct the issues in a timely, professional way & manner but did NOT instead they were quick to solicit me for a good review for them upfront. Well, the above I have stated are my 'correct reviews' based sorely on FACTS, TRUTH & PERSONAL EXPERIENCE!!!

Fernando and his team were great to work with and they did a fantastic job on our tile floor installation. Highly recommend these guys.

ACS was the flooring installers from Home Depot. Christian showed up on time, did a flawless job and everything was neat and tidy when he left.He had 2 other helpers. But other than take empty boxes to the truck and sweep up the sawdust when the job was complete, i think Christian had done all the measuring, cutting and installing on his own.I would recommend Christian for your home project. He did an excellent job. My hallway looks amazing.

ACS did an excellent job installing my flooring. They were on time, very professional and cleaned up any debris. I would definitely use them again.

ACS was assigned as the installer for our vinyl flooring project from Home Depot. I have to say we were very hesitant after reading some of the recent 1 star reviews but that did not reflect our experience at all.We found them very professional and communicative throughout the process.Home Depot was a bit slow to ship the order (couple of weeks) but ACS stayed in contact with us to make sure we were able to get the install scheduled as soon as the materials arrived.The CSRs we spoke to on the phone for the scheduling were polite and helpful. There was a slight miscommunication where they scheduled our install a day earlier than I thought I had discussed with the phone rep, but we were available both days so it was no big deal.Installers showed up on time and ready to perform the job. They got it done quickly, cleaned up the work site, and asked us to perform a walk through. The job was done exactly to our specifications and looks great.It sucks so many people had a negative experience with these guys because ours was excellent.

American Carpet South NO-SHOWED 2 times for carpet installation! I lost 2 days of pay for the days that I took off.I wish that I had of read the reviews on Better Business Bureau, BBB, prior to purchasing carpet from Home Depo. I ended up asking for a refund from Home Depo. American Carpet South has TERRIBLE reviews. Do your research first.

American Carpet South installed the carpet I purchased through Home Depot. They were very quick to schedule my installation and they communicated clearly for each step. The materials came in early and they had an opening in their schedule, so they called to see if I'd like to move up my installation, which was really helpful for my project. The installers were quick and professional. They left everything very clean.

This company installed my custom made curtains on two of our extremely large windows. The office staff is extremely friendly, accommodating and highly professional. The installer was on time, highly professional and very courteous. He made sure he had my input as he proceeded the installation and made sure the furniture was back in place once he completed the job. I highly recommend ACS.

They came out to install my carpet yesterday, it was 2 guys, they had it done in 4 hours! They worked without stopping and did such a great job! Very polite and hard working! They moved all our furniture for us, took care of everything!And for those who I roll my eyes at, yes they spoke English.

Home Depot flooring installers. A tale of two jobs. We replaced the flooring in our house on two separate jobs; upstairs one week and the downstairs a few months later.Upstairs was fine, the crew was decent, I had to run to a local plumbing store to get a new wax ring for the bathroom toilet, even though the paperwork said it was included (paid for). Flooring was fairly well done, no complaints.Downstairs was a bit more of a disappointment. After the job was done, and the crew had left, we noticed a lot of issues. Our hallway door no longer opened. This was not mentioned, and I had to sand it down to fix it. The baseboard heater wasn't reattached. I fixed that too. The Touch-Up pen that I purchased ($18) was missing. One of the crew showed my wife how to use it, and presumably put it in his pocket and left with it. All of the extra materials (that we had paid for) were also removed. I don't know how much flooring I had left over, but I paid for it, so I should still have it. I'm not talking about waste, I'm talking about intact, new floor boards.Customer service called after to see how everything went. I told them all of this, and they said they'd investigate. I have heard nothing from them. I called back, spoke to someone, same routine. Nothing. I emailed them. No reply.If you are using this company through Home Depot, I would suggest going different path, as this company seems to rely on Independent Contractors with no oversight. While they can do the job they are assigned, it seems like ACS doesn't provide them with much in the way of quality control. I'm sure ACS makes more money that way. Good for them.

My installation Was on October 15th and The problem is still not solved. Initially they were very responsive and seemed as if they wAnted to make things right. I’ve had Several appointments that were canceled and And one that I had to cancel myself and now ever since then they ignore my text messages. There were damages to my home By the installers And they also threw trash in my bushes. Do not assume they will be professional just because they are contractors of Home Depot.I Would not recommend this company. I will be adding another review to Yelp with video and pictures please refer to that review.

This is the Home Depot’s flooring company. The absolute worst customer service and work I have ever had done at my home, and it’s not even close. A 2 day flooring installation has gone on for almost 3 months now. Their employees left razor blades all over my home (have young children). The work was horrible, destroyed my trim work. Left dried glue all over the new floors. Parts of the flooring broke days after it was installed.

Shoddy outfit - steer clear if you can. Home Depot farms out low cost installs to them. Terrible workmanship / low quaity, lack of customer focus, just interested in getting a quick job done and getting paid, no communication with homeowner, no ability to follow simple instructions on what the work order explicitly includes, complete lack of ability to work at all with other renovation companies working in the same house. Tried direct resolution with company, unwilling to work with us. Also filing a complaint with Home Depot.

Terribly unprofessional company that was unable to follow simple instructions as to what floors were being done when. Farm out the actual installation work to third party companies without informing the customer whether the third party is bonded or insured in the event of improper installation. Was forced to fire them from the project when they refused to correct errors in scheduling or admit fault on their end.
