The customer services provided here is by far one of the best I've experienced. They are extremely professional at what they do and do a good job explaining of what is wrong with your car. I only come to this shop and always recommend this shop to others. If they can't provide a service they always refer you to a place unlike other shops who leave you out to dry. They don't rip you off. :) I definitely recommend 301Garage if you want great service and great customer service.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Went here to have an exhaust issue repaired. Basically my entire exhaust rusted away which isn't to uncommon on 88-99 Chevy k1500 series trucks. their social media accounts said they opened at 9:30 a.m. as well as Google. I had a few of my friends recommend this place so I thought I'd give it a try. I arrived around 8:40 or so, so I could have what I needed done and be in and out and avoid the crowds. About 9:45 a tech arrived driving an Escalade. he hurried inside and locked the door behind him as I got out of my truck to inquire about the work that needed to be done. So I figured maybe he was just trying to set up and give him a few before I tried to go in again. When I tried to go inside again it was about 10:20. Door still locked and I could hear the tech inside, he wouldn't answer the door or anything regardless of me knocking. So I left and took my business over to Auto/Kustom Mufflers in college park. Maybe the shop was having an off day but this is just my experience and may differ from yours but punctuality is key with me. If I'm willing to drop a few hundred bucks the least you could do is be on time. On a brighter note this experience did renew my relationship with the Auto/Kustom mufflers staff as I've been a regular there since 2013. I just wanted to give this place a shot due to them being closer to where I live and my friends recommendations. Also their social media account said walk up's welcome so I would assume they would open on time to accommodate those who don't have an appointment.

Service has been good to me so far. I have only had work done by the exhaust guy, but he has been fair and accommodating. I would absolutely recommend him for you exhaust needs if you are in the area.

Check engine light came on, pulled up without an appointment. They had my car diagnosed and on the lift in minutes. Told me what was wrong, couldn't be a better price and had it done within a couple hours.

Great service, honest work. I took my car in without an appt, and they had it on the lift in 15mins. I was having an issue with my aftermarket exhaust leaking, and needed the whole system welded. They quoted a fair price and worked quickly. Top notch service and excellent quality work!

I went there to get my secondary cats deleted and they did a great job, the cost was are very affordable, I was mad and upset because I didn't get to have my cats back, but I found out later that due to the Federal law they should be disposed, I apologize for my misunderstanding ,and I highly recommend them and definitely will make business with them again...
