I scheduled to get new tires on my car and it surprisingly went well. The only minor issue was I needed tire valve caps and they don’t put them on, you have to buy them! Overall the experience was fine.

Called hours before closing asked when was the last customer taken for an oil change, the older lady in the department stated that I could arrive by 6pm and still be serviced however I arrived the tech stated that they had been short handed all day and that they will not service my vehicle… which was a huge inconvenience being as though I came right after work from silver spring ,Md if you value your time take your service else where because Walmart TLE on Annapolis Road is a JOKE

The mechanic named “Albert” installed my car battery for me. My Chevy Malibu 2019 requires extra time and patience to do the job. Albert didn’t complain or cancel the job. He was very polite and confident in the work he was doing. I truly appreciate him and look forward to returning to this location for more service as needed.

I purchased 4 Goodyear tires online a week in advance of my appointment.I had sold the vehicle withe specific new Goodyear tires included in the sales contract.I had agreed to transfer the vehicle to the buyer on the afternoon after the scheduled morning tire installation.While waiting to be checked in, I overheard a mechanic after installing 2 tires on another vehicle, saying to another customer "you have 4 Goodyear tires?" That customer said no, he hadn't ordered tires in advance and only needed 2 tires.I asked if maybe those 4 Goodyear tires were my order and was told "no"After waiting an hour as other customers without appointments were served, a manager approached me to say that my tires had disappeared and that I could get a refund.I am positive 2 of my tires were put on another customer's vehicle and although I attempted to point out the problem, I was ignored.It was clear the service team didn't want to admit the mistake, remove the 2 tires from the other vehiand make good on my purchase.Service: Tires

The worst customer service I've ever seen. Just trying to speak to someone is a challenge made harder then it needs to be almost as if they dont want to do the work they are paid for. They dont answer the phone and will disregard your presence as if your not paying your hard earned money. better off learning to fix the car before getting anything good from interacting in this placeService: Auto body & trim repair

Went in to get a tire…the automotive department provided exceptional service! They had the tire I needed in stock and at a reasonable price! Service was quick and efficient!

Came outside to go to work and had a flat. While waiting on a tow, I called this location and spoke with a team rep. She was very helpful in understanding that the tires I had on the car-- although under warranty--were not carried at this location and if I wanted a new tire (honoring the warranty) that I would need to order it online like I did the original (now flat) tire on the car. Told me that they would be able to service my car if I could make it in prior to 4. Unfortunately, my tow truck wasn't able to help me meet this timeline but this team still found a way to replace my tire and have me mobile again in about an 1 hr/1.5. No appointment and although inconvenient for all parties, they still made a way to get me my car today!Service: Tires

I got an oil change. My car was not leaking oil until the oil was changed. I went back to complain and I wasn't treated very well. There was nothing wrong with my car before the oil change.

Place is decent clean good prices on services however to perform a service you need to be prepared for minimun 2 hours I arrive at 8 since I had appointment to replace new tires and gets out at 10:30 on a Saturday morning so the time will depend of service but there were other waiting for oil change service since 7:30 and they still were there waiting for their service to much time. The attendants are good mechanic that perform my job was kind of good man and the greeter but there was another lady cashier she was kind of rude she did not eve see my face while I was paying she was like ignoring me I asked for warranty eather she did not listen to me or she was ignoring me with her attitude I felt a little discriminated because of my race. like I she dont care who you are "Margo" she is not prepared for customer service I was notnexpemting 5star service but it should be a good customer experience for everyone regardless of race anf color. Service and prices are okay fair prices around so we'll se what happens but sloweness and customer service needs improvement. It is walmart but theh look slow on workers mechanics.

The WORST customer service I’ve ever encountered on the phone! I had to think about it and cancel my appointment b/c if this is how they’re treating me on the phone—I can only imagine in person. Both the man and woman I talked to were extremely rude and yelled on the phone. Go to another location!

Racist employee. I go in for an oil change, at first it was all good, the lady who Greeted me was good, no complains. The problem was with my service setup tech Peter A. I am a hispanic and am not the best english speaker, Peter A came and told me about the oil change and everything but I didnt understand so I told my daughter to translate for me. He then said “You dont speak english? This is America you need to speak english you cant speak spanish so learn english because this is America.” The racism is real. Never going back.

I never have an issue with service here and I've been coming here for years. The employees are kind to me because I speak kindly to them and recognize their efforts.I choose to arrive during not busy hours and never have a long wait since it's early in the weekday. Only areas of concern is no one picks up the phone when you call prior ... but EVERYWHERE is under staff so how dare I think Walmart would be different, so If I need to get someone, I just plan to come in prior to my appointment. But over all, all is well and my car is serviced.Prices went up for synthetic, now my mini van is 64$ but honestly the cost is up everywhere so I can't complain like it's just them.

Call to see if I can get service for the tires that I have purchased from Walmart and the African-American male that answered. The phone was really rude and just hung up. I hope I don’t have to go to Virginia just to get service from Walmart.
