I usually come to this location on Saturdays at 8 am for an oil change using my prepaid coupon that I have with fidelity. Although there are locations closer to my house I chose to come to this one due to previous great experiences. Today I had the worst experience. I came in to do my usual with my coupon and the representative Jason who has assisted me before was all over the place due to him being alone. Usually when I come in with my coupon at 8 they would start the oil change and then call fidelity once they open at 9 to get the verification code that way no one’s time is wasted and things go smooth. Today Jason said he could not do that he had to wait until they opened at 9 to get the code and then start my car which isn’t what I have been doing ever since I’ve been coming here. But if this is the policy I understand however my car is usually worked on and then they get the verification because I clearly have the coupon and I have been coming here l. Jason started getting very frustrated with me and being rude calling customers up while I was trying to get the matter resolved with him.

I had an appointment with Pep Boys for 11am.l I was told it would take 2-3 hours .....It took 6 hours.......the manager was unconcerned about almost everything......I had to keep asking the status......never gave me straight answer......this is the one on Annapolis Rd Landover Hills Md

Quite literally one of the worst experiences I’ve had at any repair shop. First, I booked an appointment for diagnostic services. When I arrived, I was told they don’t do that, and tried to get me to pay $150 just to get the car inspected. When I asked why it said they offered the service online when they didn’t, he didn’t know. Moreover, I made the appointment for 8 am. Arrived at 8 am. At 8:45 I walked out when I seen that they were working on 3 other cars and mine was still sitting in the parking lot. It’s pointless making an appointment. When I spoke to the clerk about it, he gave me attitude asking if I saw all the other people in the line. What does that have to do with me and the appointment I made for 8 am? They deserve zero stars. Won’t ever be back.

Spent 2 hours waiting when told the mounting and balancing of 1 tire would take an hour. Not a fan. Not much 'pep' in these boys.
