As a small business owner I pride myself in customer service. It appears that large corporations like CVS has forgotten to implement those basic fundamentals. I visited this location on the morning of 9/24/23. I needed some feminine care products, they had a sign stating buy 1 get the other 50% off. I attempted to redeem this coupon, however the cashier informed me that it had ended yesterday, and they forgot to remove the sign. She said let me call the manager to see what they can do, since the fault of not removing the coupon was on us (Cashier was great by the way). Here comes the Manager! Fatima or Fatu excuse me if I have misspelled the name. The first question she asked with a rude demeaning attitude, “were you here yesterday”. I did not answer her as today is clearly not yesterday. The cashier then explained the situation to the manager once more. The “so called” manager then states it ended yesterday! there is nothing I can do about it, that was yesterday’s deal! I informed her according to proper customer service etiquette, it would be in your best interest to honor it since you all failed to remove the sign. She raised her voice stating she will not be honoring it, she had a tone of aggression. I then said to her this is extremely poor customer service because you aren’t even attempting to find any solutions.Then I asked for the corporate number and she said and I quote “we cannot give that out here, but you can google it” (with an attitude).So here I am expressing the level of “customer service” you will get if you visit this location. This is not how you should talk to customers or handle situations that were clearly the company’s fault.I will be reaching out to corporate, but I am also aware they too have low stars. So clearly this is not just a store issue, it is a company issue and maybe it’s time we come together and stop supporting companies who do not treat their customers correctly.

Only 1 person in the store ad that’s the cashier on there phone! Then the pharmacy omg terrible nothing is ready till dayssss later! The wait is crazy! I hate that I have to come here for my medicine. I been coming for years and it’s not getting better but worse.

This is the 3rd time this store is mistreating me for no reason. They are nasty people very averse to immigrants such as themselves. This guy kept me waiting for 35mins just to pick 2 prescription and he is busy attending to other people who came in after me. This is neither the first nor the second time they have done this.

If I could give zero stars I would. The Pharmacy staff is very rude and unprofessional. They are all in need of training in Customer Service.

HORRIBLE!!! They need a whole new staff in that pharmacy, you wait in line for twenty minutes only for them to say they Don’t have it, they don’t know when, every time I go here it’s a problem, no more, I’m done with this place, customer service is the worst

When you call the pharmacy they never answer the phone they will pick up not say anything and put you back on hold for 20 min

When I go here to shop, it's fairly clean and stocked with the things I need. The 2 times I've gone through to deal with the pharmacy though have been pretty bad. It's like their personality is uncaring about the customers they deal with and everyone's mere existence is a bother to the pharmacy rep. Pharmacy staff here are a bit disrespectful, in my opinion.

The lady responsible for processing COVID vaccines after 1 hour of asking questions could not process my Aetna and Express Script insurance and even did not offer the free covid or flu and said I cannot do anything!! Two hours later CVS in Hayatsville processed same insurance for my husband. Very irresponsible!!

Ronda is so kind & friendly. I was frustrated & she had so much compassion & related to my situation. She made me feel like she really cares about me. I will never go to another store because Ronda makes me feel like family. She always makes my day here & always with a smile.

I am at a loss as to how this pharmacy is getting away with the mistreatment of patients. Is there any corporate concern about this location? I actually observed the male pharmacy tech attempt to degrade a veteran, seniors, and immigrants. He even snatched a person's medicine from them and threw it back in the bin. I felt terrible for that person. It was quite demeaning. Why in the world is this allowed? I am shocked and dismayed. This is the worst pharmacy that I have ever been to on earth.
