I had the worst experience at this 7 11 today. I was disrespected and was treated horribly. I ask if I could pay for my items using two methods of payment. The lady who told me she was the owner said that she would not do it. I explained to her that I have done it on numerous occasions at other 7 11 with no problem. The lady who said she was the owner then started saying why I have to pay for my items with two methods of payment and why I don’t have the money to pay for it all in cash. I explained to her that I did not have the entire amount in cash and that I wanted to pay half cash and half on my card. I told her that she had poor customer service and that she was rude and should not look down on her customers. She then stated that she will do whatever she wants because she is the owner of the store and that she runs the business and answers to nobody. She then told me that when I get on her level and have my on 7 11 business then I can have an opinion about her customer service. I have been a loyal customer of 7 11 for years and I have never been treated or disrespected the way I was today. It is a shame that you have mean spirited people like her. I will never visit this 7 11 again! I will also be contacting the health department because I noticed several health hazard cross contamination violations when I visited the store.

Not 24 hrs. Staff is cool though. Please do not tell me to go to bit.ly/711reviews to tell you more. That link is broken. Your account on bit.ly has been suspended. Sus. Please just fix the time on google. I live in the neighborhood and work late, this was my go-to shop for years. Sad to see it change, but I understand there have been 2 ATM robberies in 6 months.

This store is not 24hrs. Always closed by 11:30pm and had emailed management about it. Nothing changed.

This seven eleven is a trash I had to pay with my debit card and I put I want ten dollars of cash back when I do that the employer tell me I don't have change and the ten dollars amount is in my card so they steal me 10 dollars this never happen to my in another seven i give this seven one star because I can't put 0 Star this is a trash

Worst 7-11 store I have every dealt with. Famous for posting wrong prices and promotions on items. Owner is unbelievabily rude.

Here we go again I go to the store the diet pepsi has a sign 2 for 4. I have them ring up 2 2 liter diet pepsi. Rings up $6.00 +. I tell the girl its on sale she qalks back with me pulls the sign and tells me the price is $6 +. I asked to speak to the owner which is at the end of the counter. She looks at me as though she no longer understands English .. I go over to the owner which says I cant help it if the promotion doesnt ring up not my problem. It is your problem it is false advertising. Prior to this issue I go in there and everytime the price is wrong owner says the price Just changed, we havent had a chance to change it. I call corporate and the owner calls me back and tells me she doesnt want me to come into her store. So I call corporate back. They will contact probably Monday. This store is going down hill fast. One of the other employees (she has a birth mark on her face) 7 am Monday thru Friday people are trying to buy coffee and get to work. This lady does EVERYTHING possible to not come to the register. The week before last I get 2 2 liters of diet pepsi they ring me up for 5. I got my money back on that. Wow!!!!this store must pride itself on false advertising and cheating you.
