Absolutely, horrible customer service. Told me I had to drive all the way to keyser after I did found out that I didn't need to AND paid my phone off and they wouldn't help me get on MY OWN PLAN had to call keyser and get them to help me out

15 day return policy even for product you have never used...read the back of your receipt. So even though the store had no other available cases when I was in there for a new phone I bought , they won't let me trade out the unused case for one they now have in stock because it is 28 days since I last enjoyed my three hour visit to their store. After 20 yrs of being a USCellular customer, paying this company thousands of dollars, dreading ever having to stop in to talk to someone, and getting crappy coverage, I'm looking for other options. Not reasonable and long overdue to regain some customer focus and reasonableness. Look elsewhere for cellular service.

I went in to see if my phone was ready for an upgrade. The girl said Yes, you can get a New iPhone 14, and get $800 for your old phone. I asked again and again, are you sure, she said yes. The next day I looked at my paperwork that she put in the bag as I was leaving, and it said they only gave me $400 for my trade in. The manager said she would get to the bottom of it and help me, but she keeps putting it off. Also the assistant manager keeps being rude to me every time I call to check and see what's taking so long. Don't ever go in there unless you video all the conversation you have with the employees, so they can't do this to you. I'm going to go up way over their heads into the corporation if this is not resolved soon!
