Never had any problems at the mail room until now, you advertise on line and the door to be open until 2 pm on Saturday but when I arrive at 1:35 pm you were closed and I had insulin that a guest left and was going to have it overnighted but couldn’t because for some reason you closed early, was there a reason why you were closed

The biggest scam in lavale. A huge ripoff and they had the nerve to ask specifically what was in my package. Made me fill out of a form to ship it like it is 1961 or something. Save all of your effort.

I have been working with The Mail Room for a while now. They are always great to work with. They are very responsive, helpful, and super nice. They not only offer packaging and shipping services, they have beautiful locally made products in the store as well! It's very convenient to have everything in one place. You can package, ship, print, get things notarized, and so much more here!!

I usually use this place for all my shipping needs but that is changing. I will only ship non fragile items from here for now on. I took them a plastic round lamp from the 60s that I had sold online to package. Was asked specifically if this was expensive, which it was. Paid alot in shipping materials, double box and peanuts, the works. The box arrived to the buyer undented and scratch free, but the lamp was broken on the inside, snapped in half from being shoved into the box. Please start handling items with more care. Out alot of money (over 1k) plus the shipping materials. For it to be broken from being forced into the box. A shame as it was a perfect condition lamp from the 60s a vintage piece of history. Staff is friendly and shipping is quick. I will only return for non fragile items.

Awful 1st experience. Walked in being the 2nd person in line, the 1st lady was helpful right away but couldn't figure out what size box to use. Item was passed off to another lady who knew what size of box to use, but couldn't read the tape measure and had to cut the box down to save money. ( that's a plus) in the mist of packaging the item (rubber floor mats for a car) shes verbally assisting a customer in line but is not a multi tasker. Paused with her tape gun atleast 10 times to answer questions. Starts putting bubble wrap in the package ( to protect the floor mats)Meanwhile 5 people after I came in have been served and on with their day. She finally gets the package taped up and asks for protection plans etc. I said mam I've got to go. The total came to more than the item was worth

The staff at The Mail Room in Lavale were fantastic! I had packed items wrong and they helpfully opened, reorganized, and repacked my entire shipment! They were friendly, efficient, and suggested the best way to ship for the lowest price. I will definitely be back!

I just left The Mailroom and I have to say I overheard some conversation between a little older lady who probably weighs 100 pounds soaking wet and the owner of the establishment and an employee. They were trying to comfort her while also not letting her get scammed. I thank God that we have these caring individuals who care enough to stop a total stranger from being so upset and worried about what would happen if she didn't mail the package. They gave her very good advice about the instructions she had with her. The world needs so much more of this kind of compassion and integrity. Thank you Greg Knotts, Karen Majors and the other employees there.
