Took my husband's truck to get detailed. Dashboard dirty, bed of truck not rinsed out, floor mats still dirty, three scratches on tailgate that weren't there before. Seats weren't taken out as promised debris left under them. Tailgate gritty like they waxed over dirt. Will not be using them again. Totally disappointed ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️

The guys in the car wash manually scrubbed the car down before we entered. I'm actually very thankful They did this!They also informed us of a deal on specific wash levels! (Much appreciated!)After the manual wash the guys drew smiley faces on the windows for the kids. (They all loved it!)The guys working on Friday November 24th 2023 around 5:30pm deserve a raise! Amazing quality service! I am greatly appreciative of the effort they put in.

I would've given 5 stars because they did a nice job, however the one employee was downright rude. He kept arguing with me that I didn't have my car in neutral or my foot off the brake. I have a manual transmission so I know what neutral is and I literally had to tell him to look at the brake lights if he didn't believe my foot was not on the brake. After a lot of eye rolling and nasty comments from this guy, I had to ask him to please stop arguing with me and being rude. Kindness and professionalism when dealing with customers is free and will almost guarantee repeat business. Rude and belittling behavior can cost a business big time...
