“I just had the most pleasant experience ever. Our Service Representative was Bailey. If there is an award for Employee of the Year she should get it.
She took her time with me to answer all of my questions and explained everything to me in a way that I understood and felt good about. She not only listened, she listened with the intent to understand and then make sure I was satisfied with my new service.
I wish there were more than 5 stars to give because of Bailey’s outstanding customer service.”

“Absolutely an incredible team!! My daughter and I needed new phones so we went in to the store located in the Country Club Mall. They were busy but everytime an employee would walk by they acknowledged us and said someone would be with us as soon as they could. We had Jacob help us and he was great!! Very patient in explaining everything to me but the best part was how he talked with my daughter who is autistic!! He listened and had conversation with her and really made her feel comfortable. That is very much appreciated from a parent of a child with a disability. The store manager, Clint, is also wonderful. What a team he has built. I hope AT&T realizes what an asset this team is. When I walked in I wasn't even sure I wanted to stay with AT&T but after dealing with Jacob and Clioni I absolutely knew I did. Thank you both”
“Richard and David deserve more than 5 stars! Richard did an amazing job helping me get set up with my own t-mobile plan and getting me the new iPhone 17. While Richard was helping me, David helped my family get 4 new phones and he did a great job. Everyone knows going to the phone store is usually a time consumer but all the employees helped each other to get us out the door at a decent time.”
