No complaints on the particular employee that waited on me she's very friendly and about as helpful as she could be the Lowe's is a company that at least some of their stores in Lavale being one that can never decide which policy they want to follow the one that is hosted in their store and online that says if you enter your phone number before finishing this transaction will guarantee you a hassle-free return without your receipt however again today it was not an option although it was last week for a 1700 return when a customer change their mind and then there's today where able to enter my phone number or scan my card/barcode on the app etc to do a 60 dollar return on a few boxes of flooring that was an overage on a job I did to help a family that almost lost there house last year and have still not been able to get back in to it due to the damage so instead I returned it to the home owners and told them to find somewhere out of the way to store them and instead of a box and a half of extra to repair any possible damage in the future they will now have five and a half and if those damages ever happen I'll come back and do the repair as long as I'm still able to get on my knees and do it and if not I'll most likely be dragging one of my children to do it which is what I should have done from the start because Los on top of my donation material and work I'm sorry Lowe's I do understand that you can nott afford to refund me my $60 for the material that I purchased and tried to return the way that you have posted in your store and online I am able to but sorry I don't know if I'll be able to afford to keep paying for your bad business sense as a company because my labor as well as fuel are going to increase alot driving past your store to the depot in the morning to get the number for the three car garage that'll have its foundation ready by Friday and every job after that play don't worry when one of my labors dosent have a pair of gloves they will get the gloves and you'll get a little bit of my money

Had our glass cut and waiting on us when we arrived. Wrapped with our name on it to get us in and out quickly.
Went back again 6/28/24 and had great service from Valerie in appliances! She spent time with us 2 times working us through the discounts and explaining our options. Then she dealt with cabinets which weren't even in her department. Couldn't ask for any more from an employee. Great job Valerie and Lowe's for training her correctly. Hopefully Brian, the manager, knows what a great employee he has!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Great selection with some great deals. Only suggestions I could make is Lowes needs to stock other brands besides Hisense and GE air conditioners.

I ordered a diamond express kitchen from Lowe's in lavale MD.an three diamond standard cabinets.express cabinets are slightly cheaper an 14 day turn around.i wanted a few extra features that the diamond standard offered.so I also ordered 3 diamond standard cabinets.well first I received a corner cabinet busted my cabinets were all to be gray cloud .open another box a bright white cabinet.go to put the drawer in my pantry cabinet drawer latch was broken next was a big chip in one of the pantry doors. So I called Lowe's in lavale they made arrangements to fix all the stuff and to get me to new cabinets replace a door and get me a new latch for on the drawer they were supposed to be here yesterday they were coming from the diamond Express which is 14 days they called on Friday to arrange delivery called back on Monday and said no it'll be another week so then I thought why I'm going to ask him about my three specialty cabinets the man at Lowe's said well let me check and see about that he gets back on the phone and says oh they've been sitting here since the 17th so my husband goes down to pick them up we get them home and I start opening them when I paid extra for a standard it was supposed to have the double silverware tray in it it did not I looked at the front of it, they were flat panel drawers when all the rest of mine are shaker but that still is not the best every time I call down there to Lowe's in lavale to try and get these issues taken care of they tell me the cabinet guy is on vacation now I don't know about anybody else but when I was working if I was off my job had coverage so then the guy says well he's not going to be back till next week that I asked my boss tomorrow and see if we can do anything to help you I call Lowe's corporate office they more or less say well you're going to have to work that out with the Lowe's in lavale so then I called diamond cabinets and I asked them why am I getting the wrong stuff they pulled my order and whoever Larry is at the store in lavale Maryland ordered the wrong cabinet now the standard cabinets take between 4 to 6 weeks to getI have already paid for a slab of granite but they cannot come do the template until my cabinets are in and since I've already picked a slab that I want I'm going to have to start paying a storage fee on that as well and I still have no idea when I will be receiving my cabinets so my rating on Lowe's in lavale they suck they don't stand behind their products they do not have people trained to do the jobs that need to be done you should never have to wait a week just to talk to somebody about getting your cabinet issues taken care of in diamond cabinets suggestion was cancel your order at Lowe's and order them somewhere else I already paid for the cabinets I'm just warning you do not buy your cabinets at Lowe's in lavale

Customer service is horrible... Mainly bad attitudes in customer service....Lumber selection compared to Home Depot and Menards is limited....More like a home decor retailer than a lumber/construction store.

Yesterday went to drop load here and receiver said we can not enter in your trailer bring your pallet in the end of the door then we pick up but I don’t have experience of palletjak drive and this my first experience they said Lowe’s not have law to enters in the trailer for loading or unloading just I request to management to review your law it’s can be cause of accidents . They said we reject your load if you not bring load forward with pallet Jake I do it with help of other but take two hours just 10 pallets . Truck drivers ready this situation before go to Lowe’s this destination.
