The store is quite small and cluttered. They don't have a item return policy. They also don't have a public restroom. In addition the prices are sometimes high with reference to the condition of the merchandise.

Giving it 2 stars cause it’s literally the only place I can afford to shop and I guess I’m glad we have one. But this place has taken such an awful turn the last few years. The prices have gotten super high and I’m sorry, but you’re getting things for FREE. Inflation has not affected you so you should not be passing it on to your customers. Today I saw a FILTHY pair of beat up old shoes listed for $5. The same price as nice shoes on the same rack. I also saw a cute romper that almost got me but then I noticed the straps were both unraveling. Priced at $7. One time I saw a bouncer horse today but the handlebars were missing and it had literal bird poop on it. $15. Get out of here. You are failing your customers and it’s outrageous. No one cares if you’re competing with the pickers who resell stuff for more money. They make more money cause they pick out quality items and market them. You don’t. So just sell things for $1 when they aren’t good quality. You’d make just as much money and wouldn’t have to throw out so much.
(Also, put some hooks up in the fitting rooms!!!!! What is wrong with you?? Or at least mop the damn floors.)

I use to love shopping at this Goodwill. Now I hate it! The prices have gotten ridiculous! Everything's donated & your selling used stuff for more money than I can but brand new at Gabes! Shoe's up to $10. I've seen dresses for $18 or more. Everything in the store should be no more than $10. If you have to sell the stuff that's donated to you for that much you should put it online nit in the store! I don't understand why corporate doesn't step in & do something about it!

Prices is extremely high for donated items. The prices they charge it's better to go to a regular store to buy. We shopped Goodwill for years this one whoever does the prices has lost touch with reality. The mark up is extremely expensive. Management needs to find other people to do the prices. These items on the store does not cost goodwill at all they get these for free. They also will dump your donated items in the trash I watched them dump a art stand that I donated in the the trash and it was like New. Just go to another thrift store if you want to get good deals or Facebook marketplace.

Very clean. Prices were okay. Lots of clothing, but I expected more furniture.

Was a bit disappointed. Was informed upon checking out, that they don't provide bags and you're expected to bring your own. Wasn't very organized. Not much of a selection. Prices on some used items was still quite high in my opinion.

I used to love coming here but lately the employees have been very argumentative and rude. what a shame. i was always nice. then i asked where the charitable donations from rounding up go and got treated like i was being rude. it's honestly not unheard of to ask where your charitable donations are going as a person who is giving that money. the employees should be able to answer this question without being rude.

This is a better place for them since the move. Area is better, there's more traffic flow for more customers, close to McDonald's, Staples , Auto Zone and lets not forget Lowes, restaurants, gas stations. So tell everyone to stop by and shop, good deals ?

Great place to find about anything but the prices have gone up. For low income families the prices are not friendly. Prices should be a whole lot lower. Some of the items you donate they trash. So ask before hand what they will accept before you watch them throw your donation in the dumpster. Most of the workers are very friendly.
