I went down to this location on 8/1/24, to switch my information one phone to another. I have done this in the pass with the exact same phones and the employe was more worried about closing up then helping with this information. She said she would figure it tomorrow, if I want to come down. Instead of helping at that moment. This is a waste of gas, time and really unhelpful.

Great service! I was in the store on Wednesday and was helped by Noah. He was very pleasant to work with despite being very busy and helping 3 customers at once. I am happy to share my experience and recommend this location and especially Noah!

Had great customer service today at Cricket LaVale, MD, from Noah. He was able to straighten out my problem. It took a while, but he was persistent and friendly and I was a satisfied customer. Thanks Noah.

I love Cricket! No contract with great deals. They even offer HBO Max on the $60 unlimited plan. I walked out with a brand new Samsung A54 with unlimited data under $130. It blows my mind that they offer better deals than this one.

I've been a customer since 2017 and never had an issue with Cricket until just recently. I made the mistake of visiting this location while a visiting manager by the name of Hasib was in the store. I went in for a new phone and at the end of my visit he had added a new line creating a whole new set of billing without my knowledge. When I returned to have the situation fixed he was no longer there! Not only have I been overcharged, my plan is a mess, I have a past due balance because of it, service was interrupted and it still isn't fixed. At this point it seems easier to go to a new carrier than to fix it all!!

Had an awesome shopping trip at this location! I purchased two new phones with the latest technology and two plans that even included streaming services , all came under my original budget! The staff at the Lavale location are beyond helpful and informative! I only trust cricket! Rick, Dylan and Heidi are awesome!

They've hung up on me twice today. Think I'll go elsewhere. I wanted to ask a simple question so I wouldn't waste time driving there and waste their time in the store. Oh well. I'll go with another provider.

I walked into the store and their associate Mars immediately greeted me and let me know he'd be with me as soon as possible, great start! Once it was my turn, and compliments again to their customer service and particularly Mars. Super friendly, informative and never bothered to answer my questions. I can safely say I'm thoroughly enjoying my new unlimited plan and my Moto 5g, thanks guys!! Again shout-out to Mars, you're killing it dude!
