“I placed an online photo order for some foldable cards, and when I went to pick it up, Lauren at the front cash register was attentive to when someone was in need of help, despite having her back turned.
I noticed that my cards didn’t come with envelopes, and I went back inside and found Lauren quick to come to my rescue, attentive as always. My interaction with her brightened my day, as she gave me an extra envelope in case I made a mistake and she even apologized for the inconvenience.
I left CVS feeling like Lauren is an inherently good person who would treat anyone who enters the store with kindness. Lauren deserves recognition and I hope she gets it.”
