The pharmacy tech., Zanyana (I think that was her name) was extremely professional and nice. She provided me with more info than I knew regarding my insurance.

Don't tell a customer (that's injured and dropping of prescription) that it will be 1 hour and when he returns you say I don't have your name in the system. I had to give them my liscense 3 times over the course of my 1 1/2 hr wait. Sorry I'll pay more elseware next time. The pharmacist was very pleasant to deal with
