We had a wonderful experience today at the Verizon location in La Plata, Maryland, the technician LB was super intelligent about the situation that I was trying to have done switching over to Verizon from T-Mobile. He was very focused on making the transaction happen. I really want to give him a great review for the outstanding effort that he put in and really glad that he has dedicated his time to drive so far to come to La Plata to give great quality customer care.

Went in to pick up a wi-fi extender a little after 2PM, and the gentleman meant to be assisting me was extremely disrespectful. When asked if there were any instructions, he grunted that it was self explanatory, and I was taken aback. I remarked that he wasn’t being particularly friendly, and his response was that he was “in sales” and he was “like that with all the customers.” I understand customer facing jobs aren’t easy, but this is not how you talk to people, especially if you are a salesperson. Why would we do business with your company if this is how the representatives act?
