This place is pointless. I drove 45 minutes to pick up my phone (i had already paid for and was still there) & they had already promised it to a buddy of theirs. They wouldn't do anything but stare at me. They could call their buddy & ask if I could have MY phone, but they couldn't call & tell me that they gave away my phone. Authorized dealers are a joke, they shouldn't exist. The stories I have heard about this place, NOW, they are giving Verizon stores a bad name.

Handled it very well and efficiently. The guy even told me a quicker way to do things before I even sat down so he saved me like 30 minutes of time. He also went into depth which was awesome

I upgraded my Verizon phone at Russell cellular in LA Plata. I had my data from my old phone trade loaded on to my new Samsung. The manager Sterling was very knowledgeable and greatly appreciated his expertise.

They have no problem taking your money, but send you on a wild goose chase trying to talk to somebody when you want to return something.
