THE WORST UPS LOCATION I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! The store owner is the most disrespectful, nastiest person, I have ever met! I just wanted my items weighed, to now, my business is being refused! Save yourself the headache and go to another location! I attempted to contact corporate, they said the store owner and myself should try to hash things out, I TRIED and now I have to travel to Waldorf, just to drop my packages off !!

Antoinette is hands down one of the hardest workers I’ve ever seen. Everytime I come into UPS, which is often, she is always working and working HARD! She has me in an out within minutes, and if there is ever a line of costumers, she keeps it organized and moving efficiently. Best of all, she is kind. It’s always nice whenever running an errand to have an exchange with someone who has a good heart. Thankful for UPS in La Plata!

I visited the store today to send off mail for my neighbor. The heavy set lady behind the counter had an attitude. I was reading the instructions on the screen. Which she just wanted to me to sign and telling me she had a line. which I refuse to sing anything before reading. This was very unprofessional she needs more training on customer services.

Have used them a lot. Friendly but not sure about management because seems to change employees often. Either bad management or low pay. Definitely an internal problem

I shared a review earlier and mistakenly only gave one star. That was a terrible mistake, and I apologize.Mike and Antoinette deserve all 5 stars, absolutely!! They're both dedicated to serving others. Mike exceeded my expectations, and I'm sure, assisted me with getting my full refund. He caught a BIG mistake with my number of barcodes.He took the time to intervene on my behalf and talk to Amazon for me to ensure that I receive ALL of my barcodes.He "did the right thing when no one was looking"!!!! So let me clarify 5 stars!!Antoinette is all about providing excellent customer service!! She maintains a proper flow of customer care.

I visited this UPS store to return several amazon packages. Admittedly, the last two packages were challenging as the labels were mixed up. Instead of showing a small bit of patience and grace, the person who I assume was the owner (Indian Man) was extremely rude and unprofessional. He yelled at me which obviously escalated the issue and repeatedly told me not to return because I was holding him accountable for doing his job as a business owner.
He had zero regard for me as a patron of his busines. I would caution anyone who might be considering patronizing his business to reconsider. It is something to be said for 3.4 star rating. His customer service is deplorable.

I've visited this location many times. Yesterday it was quite busy. I commend the employees there, I've never had any problems here, I'm sure there will be a few issues with all the customers that come through there. I have never witnessed any problems here yesterday, or in my past visits.

I'm giving this place 2 stars because I've had good service in the past and the gentleman behind the counter seemed very kind when he dealt with customers. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was ruined by the woman with the facial piercings who helped me and is atrocious.
I had some Amazon returns and she was incredibly rude and rushed me. I was trying to match QR codes to the return items. She kept interrupting me and acting as if I worked for her or owed her something. I'm now concerned my returns may not have been processed and labeled correctly.
I see from these reviews I'm not the only one who's dealt with her. In the future, I'll look for another option even if I have to go out of my way.
